It’s the middle of the year… everyone has been working hard and everyone deserves some time off for a holiday.

The Insider scores flights for two, accommodation, 8 day Trafalgar guided holiday to Northern California and $1000 spending money.

Throughout the registration period listeners will be encouraged to call 1300 799 276 to leave a voice message and audition for the role of ‘The Insider’. To be eligible to enter, entrants must leave their name, contact number, state and audition piece of why they should be selected as ‘The Insider’.

There will be a maximum of five (5) minor prizes.
Minor prize winners from VIC, QLD, SA and WA will receive:
 Return economy flights for two adults from their nearest capital city to Sydney.
 One (1) night accommodation in minimum 3 star. Check- in and check-out dates are to be confirmed by the Promoter.
 Transfers to/from the airport and hotel in Sydney.
 Lunch at a Sydney restaurant on Friday 4th July. Location and time to be confirmed by the Promoter
Travel dates of the minor prize are yet to be determined by the Promoter however will fall between Thursday 3rd July 2014 and Saturday 5th July 2014. Entrants must be available to travel on specific dates to be advised by the Promoter.
Minor prize winners from NSW will receive:
 Lunch at a Sydney restaurant on Friday 4th July. Location and time to be confirmed by the Promoter.
There will be one (1) major prize. The major prize includes:
 Return economy flights for two adults to the United States of America
 8 Day Trafalgar tour to Northern California
 Accommodation
 AUS $1,000.00 spending money
Travel dates of the major prize are yet to be confirmed by the Promoter however will fall between Friday 11th July 2014 and Sunday 20th July 2014. Entrants must be available to travel on specific dates to be advised by the Promoter.

Total maximum value of each minor prize: AU $1,650* Total maximum value of the major prize: AU $9,700 Total maximum value of all prizes: AU $17,950 *Dependant on the cost of flights for each state.

Entrants may only enter once.
No employees of ARN or Radio 96FM Perth or their family or household members, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with the Promotion are eligible to enter.

All entrants must be over the age of 18.

Across the promotional period a representative of the Australian Radio Network will select a shortlist of applicants during the registration period between Monday 23rd June and Wednesday 2nd July judged as the most interesting and original entries received from all eligible entries.
To be eligible to enter, the entrant must leave their name, contact number, state and short audition piece of why they should be

selected as ‘The Insider’.
Shortlisted entrants may then be contacted by the Promoter and informed they have been shortlisted for a phone interview at a time arranged by the Promoter.
The five (5) minor prize winners will be judged according to their entry and their phone interview, on the basis of the most interesting and original answers.
The five (5) minor winners will be invited to Sydney to attend a lunch at a Sydney restaurant where one (1) entry from the minor winners will be announced as the major winner and awarded with the major prize.
The selection of winners and the awarding of the Prizes is subject to the Special Conditions below and all of the terms and conditions of this competition.
This decision will be at the complete discretion of the promoter.

Judging of shortlisted entries will take place between 9:00am (AEST) Monday 23rd June 2014 and 3:00pm (AEST) Wednesday 2nd July 2014
Judging of minor prize winners will take place between 9:00am (AEST) Monday 23rd June 2014 and 5:30pm (AEST) Wednesday 2nd July 2014.
Judging of major prize winner will take place between 9:00am (AEST) Monday 23rd June 2014 and 3:00pm (AEST) Friday 4th July 2014.
Judging will take place across the promotional period at Australian Radio Network 3 Byfield Street, North Ryde NSW 2113 or other nominated address by a representative from Australian Radio Network (Network Activation Specialist).

Minor prize winners will be contacted by phone and email.
Major prize winner will be advised immediately at the time of winning at the event and contacted afterwards by phone and email.

Shortlisted entries will be notified between 9:00am (AEST) Monday 23rd June and 3:00pm (AEST) Wednesday 2nd July.
Minor prize winners will be notified between 9:00am (AEST) Monday 30th June and 6:00pm (AEST) Wednesday 2nd July.
Major prize winner will be notified Friday 4th July between 12:00pm midday and 3:00pm (AEST).

Contacting Entrants
i. All entrants must be available to be contacted by ARN from the time they submit their application until the winner is selected for the purposes of this competition.
ii. ARN is only required to contact an entrant 3 times by telephone and if the entrant does not immediately answer their phone, ARN may exclude them from the competition.
Major Prize winner conditions
i. The major prize winner will be contacted following the conclusion of their Trafalgar tour by the Promoter to conduct an interview for radio broadcast on WS FM101.7.
ii. Acceptance of the major prize constitutes permission for the Promoter to use photos and video content captured of the major prize winner while on the Trafalgar tour by an Online Content Producer (a representative of Australian Radio Network) and likeness will be published online on the station websites listed above for the purposes of the promotion.
Major Prize Travel Conditions
i. Major prize is valid for the winner and a travel companion (two adults) on the dates as confirmed by the Promoter. The winner and travel companion must travel at the same time.
ii. Major prize winner will be required to sign a travel indemnity form prior to travelling which will be provided by the Promoter.
Minor Prize travel conditions
i. Minor Prize is valid for the winner and a guest (two adults). The winner and travel companion must travel at the same time.

ii. If the minor prize winner is unable to travel on the travel dates as specified by the Promoter, they will forfeit their prize.
iii. Minor prize winners from NSW must be available to attend the lunch in Sydney on the date specified by the Promoter or they will forfeit their prize.
iv. Interstate minor prize winners travelling to Sydney will be required to sign a travel indemnity form which will be provided by the Promoter.
General Prize Conditions
i. All costs associated with a travel prize which are not expressly listed in the Prize Details, including spending money, meals, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the winner. The winner and any travelling companion(s) must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier.
ii. Any prize comprising accommodation will be for accommodation costs only and does not include additional charges (such as mini bar, in-room entertainment, dry cleaning, room service or other additional charges).
iii. The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any resulting costs incurred by the winner or any Travel Companion(s) (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the Winner.
iv. All travel is at the entrant’s own risk and the Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect of loss or injury caused during such travel. Failure for any reason to utilise a prize comprising travel within the specified dates will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
v. Minor and major prizing cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash
