To be eligible to enter this competition, each entrant must be a Citizen of Bookworld, purchase any crime or thriller
book or DVD an

enter
all mandatory fields including order number and answer the following question in 25 words or less: Who
is your favourite crime author and why?
4. This competition is open to Australian residents only. Employees and agents of the
Promoter, its parent company,
subsidiaries, affiliates and their families; and anyone else in any way involved in the development, production, or administr
ation
of this competition, are not eligible to enter.
5. The competition closes in
Australia at
11:59pm AEDST on
Sunday 20
July 2014. The Promoter accepts no liability
for any late or delayed entries howsoever caused, including any lost or misdirected entries not received by the closing date.
Without limitation, this includes any late
, damaged or non

delivery of entries caused by malfunctioning or failure of any
computer or telecommunications networks, equipment, servers, connections or lines; or by any software defects, bugs or
physical or online traffic congestion; or through any hum
an errors and any other acts or omissions whether or not negligent or

6. Competition judging will commence

7. The winner will be
notified by email. Prize must be claimed within 10 working days of the date of the written
notification.
8. Any prize that is unclaimed after 10 working days will automatically lapse and the Promoter reserves the
right to
offer the uncla
imed prize to the entrant whose entry was judged to be the second best.
9. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged in regard to written skill and
creativity of
answer.
10. By
entering this competition each entrant confirms that his/her entry is their wholly

owned creation. Any entry that
makes use of any third party materials must be fully cleared prior to entry unless they are no longer protected by copyright

other intellec
tual property rights. Each entrant agrees to indemnify and keep the Promoter harmless from any claims arising in

. The submission of an entry automatically constitutes and is deemed a grant by the entrant to the Promoter of a
