Terms and Conditions

    A&K’s “1st Anniversary Afternoon Tea Giveaway” raffle promo is open to persons over 18 years of age and residents of Sydney metropolitan areas only.
    To qualify for the raffle, the entrant must be a follower of A&K in Facebook (facebook.com/aandklollybuffet) or in Instagram (instagram.com/aandklollybuffet).
    There are two ways to enter the raffle:
        “Like” the A&K Lolly Buffet page on Facebook and comment on the A&K Afternoon Tea Giveaway post. Comment must answer the question: “If you won an Afternoon Tea treat, who would you share it with?”
        -OR-
        “Follow” the A&K Lolly Buffet page on Instagram and repost/regram the A&K Afternoon Tea Giveaway post. The Repost/Regram description must answer the question: “If you won an Afternoon Tea treat, who would you share it with?” AND must have the #aandklollybuffet tag.
    Only one entry per person is permitted.
    Entries will be accepted from Monday, 14 July 2014 to Sunday, 27 July 2014. Contest closes 27 July 2014, 5:00PM.
    The raffle draw will take place on 28 July 2014, 9:00AM.
    Only one (1) entrant will be selected to receive the prize. The winner will be announced on A&K’s website, Facebook page, and Instagram page on Monday, 28 July 2014. The winner will also be notified by A&K through Facebook or Instagram direct message.
    Prize to be won is an Afternoon Tea Package (valued at over $250) which includes:
        Royal Albert Tea Set and Tableware (FOR HIRE ONLY, use for maximum 3 hours):
            4 x Teacup & Saucer sets
            2 x 2-tier Cake Stand
            1 x small Cake Stand
            1 x Serving Tray

            1 x Teapot, Sugar & Creamery set
            1 x Round Table Cloth
        Range of English teas (good for 4 persons)

        Afternoon Tea table setup and dismantle
        Delivery charges (strictly to Sydney metropolitan areas only)
    Prize Package – Terms and Conditions:
        The prize is valid until 27 July 2015.
        Schedule of the Afternoon Tea is subject to the availability of A&K Lolly Buffet. Winner must book at least 4 weeks in advance to avail the prize.
        Schedule of the Afternoon Tea must be on a WEEKEND only. The duration of the Afternoon Tea is maximum 3 hours.
        The client (prize winner) will be responsible for arranging a private/residential venue for the Afternoon Tea.
        A&K will arrive 2-3 hours prior to the event start time to set up the Afternoon Tea table, and will dismantle after the event.
        A&K will take photos of the table setup. Photos will remain the property of A&K.
        The client (prize winner) will be liable for any damage or loss of hired items included in the Afternoon Tea package. Any damages or loss must be replaced or paid by the exact value of the product.
    A&K will source all food items from a third-party supplier. A&K follows safe food handling guidelines however we cannot be held liable for any personal health or medical injuries suffered in connection with the prize.
    The client (prize winner) is responsible for advising A&K on any food allergies or special dietary requirements.
    The prize cannot be redeemed in cash or voucher. Under special circumstances, the prize can be transferrable to the client’s (prize winner) preferred recipient.
    In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take the prize package, the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be rewarded in lieu of the prize.
    All entries become the property of A&K. A&K may use the entrants’ names, photos, or entries for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid.
    Upon availing of the prize, the client (prize winner) agrees to the abovementioned terms and conditions and also to the terms and conditions specified in our website.
