Conditions of Entry – Models Prefer – Facebook competition
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
Entry is open to all Priceline Australia Facebook members who are residents of Australia, except employees of the promoter and their immediate families, associated companies and agencies.
The Promoter is Priceline Pty Ltd, 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124.
The competition commences on 18 July 2014 at 9am AEDT, and concludes on 22 July 2014 at 11.59pm AEDT. The winning entries will be selected at Frontier Advertising, 2/30 Inkerman St, St Kilda VIC 3182 on 23 July 2014 at 12pm AEDT.
To enter, entrants must visit the ‘Win’ tab at www.facebook.com/pricelineaustralia during the promotional period, complete the qualifying questions and all required personal details to be eligible to enter. Any entries not including all required information will be deemed ineligible.
The ten (10) best responses to the qualifying question, "Simply tell us in 25 words or less what product you need to complete your makeup kit and why!" will be deemed the winners.
Ten (10) winners will receive a Models Prefer prize pack valued at $75 each.
The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be published on www.facebook.com/pricelineaustralia by 24 July 2014.
The contact details of the winning entry may be passed onto a 3rd party for prize fulfillment only.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The entries may be entered into a database for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, unless otherwise stated by the entrant. The winning competition responses may be published on Priceline's social platforms or website at www.priceline.com.au.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prizes.
