The Promotion
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions prevail.
2. By entering the Promotion, participants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

4. The Promotion commences at 9.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on 24 July 2014 and closes at 12.00pm (AEST) on 30th July 2014 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received by the Promoter after the Promotion Period are ineligible to participate in the prize
draw.
Eligibility and Participation
5. The Promotion is open to all Australia Residents who are registered users of Facebook.
6. Directors and employees of the Promoter, its agents and any agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
7. To enter the Promotion, an eligible person must during the Promotion Period:
(a) VisitBOQ'sFacebookPage,uploadapictureoftheir"BubbleWrapMoment"onBOQ's wall, include an explanation about why they wish they had or could bubble wrap this item.
(b) Only entries submitted via the Facebook application are accepted.
8. Entry into the competition is free.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process and to reject any entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
10. Use of images - All your images published on Facebook may be broadcast via digital feeds of BOQ and its associated and affiliated companies.
11. By submitting your images to the competition, in respect of each image, you confirm that:
(a) It was taken by you;
(b) it is your own original work;
(c) It does not contain or reference any third party trademarks;
(d) if you upload images of other individuals (adults or children) you must have the permission of that individual or parent of the child;
(e) submitting it to the competition and granting a license in respect of its use as set out in these terms and conditions will not infringe the copyright or any other rights of any third party; and
(f) it does not contain any obscene, sexually explicit, violent, offensive, inflammatory or defamatory content or material.
12. Anything deemed as a profanity will be deleted from the BOQ Facebook page (this is at the discretion of BOQ).
13. The maximum amount of entries per person in the Promotion is one. A person must not use multiple Facebook accounts to obtain more than the maximum amount of entries per person in the Promotion. A person who does so will be ineligible to win a prize.
Prize
14. There will be one (1) major prize. The major prize is a $1000 visa Gift Card
15. The total value of prizes awarded for the Promotion is AU$1,000.
16. The Prize winner will be the most creative entry received by the Promoter which satisfy the eligibility requirements as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
17. By entering the competition you give us permission to contact you via Facebook by commenting on your photo.
18. If you are a winner your submitted image and Facebook username will be announced on BOQ Facebook page wall.
19. The Prize winner will be notified by BOQ’s Facebook account commenting on the winning photo. To accept the Prize, the winner must respond to the comment in the manner provided to
acknowledge their win.
20. The winner must be available to collect the prize from a BOQ branch in Australia within a three month period.
21. The Prize is not transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other, benefits. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
22. BOQ is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems of traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any website, or combination thereof, including any injury or damage to a participant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in relation to the promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree that no claim relating to any such loss or injury (including without limitation special, indirect or consequential losses) shall be asserted against BOQ.
23. BOQ reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time if circumstances make this necessary.

25. BOQ reserve the right to modify the content of these Terms & Conditions should modification be required to ensure the good execution of the competition
Prize draws and announcement of the winners
26. The winner will be determined by the Promoter no later than 5:00pm (AEST) on 6 August 2014.
27. The winner will be notified via BOQ’s Facebook page.
28. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry received during the Promotion Period will be judged based on the creativity of the response of the photo.
29. The entry that is deemed by the Promoter at their discretion to be the most creative and meet the entry terms and conditions will be deemed to be the Major winner. The total Prize pool is up
to the value of AU $1,000.00
30. The Promoter will endeavour to contact the winner via their Facebook account no later than 5.00pm (AEST) on Wednesday August 6, 2014. The Prize winner must contact the Promoter in the manner provided within the notification within seven (7) days of being notified by the Promoter, to confirm that they meet the entrant restrictions using their name, age, address and phone number. The winner must also confirm that they have read and understood these terms and conditions.
Promoter Decisions
31. The promoter reserves the right to determine reserves in the event that the original entry selected is ineligible, or the prize winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions. For a prize that remains unclaimed or is forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will determine an alternate winner at Level 18, 259 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000 on Wednesday the 13th of August 2014 at 9:00am AEST.
32. The Promoter and its agents will not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained, in connection with the promotion, competition, the receipt, acceptance or use of the prize or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter or its agents, employees and contractors, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
33. The decision of the Promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
