Terms and Conditions - Azamara Club Cruises Competition 
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is via completing the entry form on the Cruise Express Azamara Competition page (www.cruiseexpress.com.au/azamaracomp and signing up to the Cruise Express newsletters.

Entry is free and open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Except for Victoria and South Australia, the promotion commences 20 June 2014 at 9am (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time) and closes 14 August 2014 at 11.59pm (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time). For Victoria, the promotion commences on 27 June 2014 at 9am (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time) and closes 14 August 2014 at 11.50pm (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time. For South Australia, the promotion commences on 30 June 2014 at 1om (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time) and closes 14 August 2014 at 11.50pm (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time).

Entrants may enter the competition only once.

The winner will be chosen randomly (a game of chance) by the Promoter at 1pm on 15 August 2014 at Cruise Express, Suite 92, 24 Buchanan Street, Balmain, New South Wales, 2041 and an independent scrutineer will observe this process.

The winner will be notified by email and telephone on 15 August 2014. The winner must then make contact with The Promoter at info@cruiseexpress.com.au to confirm eligibility. Their name and entry will be published via our social networks (e.g. on the Promoter’s website for 28 days and newsletters). In the event that the prize notification is not responded to within 5 days an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at 3pm on 25 August 2014. The alternate winner will be notified by email and telephone on 25 August 2014. Their name and entry will be published via our social networks (e.g. on the Promoter’s website for 28 days and newsletters).

There will be one (1) Major Winner of the competition.
The Major Prize is an $AUD9,900 holiday consisting of:
 Economy flights to Chennai, India for two on Singapore Airlines from either Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth
 Economy flights from Singapore for two on Singapore Airlines to either Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth
 Transfers from the Chennai airport to the accommodation in Chennai for two. Transfers from the accommodation in Chennai to the departure port to meet the ship for two.
 One night accommodation for two at the Taj Coromandel (or similar) in Chennai.
 13 night cruise for two on Azamara Quest from Chennai to Singapore in one Oceanview cabin. Cruise departs Chennai on 9th December 2014. Includes main meals, entertainment, select standard spirits, international beers and wines, bottled water, soft drinks, speciality coffees and teas, gratuities and taxes, one complimentary AzAmazing Evening (Burmese Festival in Yangon).
 Choice of one added extra on this Azamara Quest cruise. Choices: dinner at Aqualina for two or dinner at Prime C for two or Chefs Table 5 course degustation for two or "Her Ritual of Extravagance" (grooming and massage) for one or "His Ritual" (grooming and massage) for one or a 285 minute internet package or a premium water package for two or a premium liquor package for two or a five premium bottle wine package or a premium beer package for two.

The total prize pool is valued at $AUD9,990. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Prize winner must use the flights, transfers and cruise specified otherwise it will be deemed to be forfeited by the winner.

Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification (to the Promoter's satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter's decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law. It is recommended that the winner organises travel insurance for this holiday.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation and the Relevant State Authorities that have granted the license. The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this promotion.

The information an Eligible Person provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Conditions. The Promoter collects contact information about entrants in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate award prizes and may also use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including mail and commercial electronic messages. If you do not provide the information, you cannot participate.
The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
