Referral Competition

Refer friends, colleagues and family members to Pinnacle Same Day Tax Refunds this year and you can go in to the draw to win a $4,950 voucher from Flight Centre for a holiday to anywhere in the world!

To enter the competition is simple!

    Get your tax done by Pinnacle Same Day Tax Refunds before 6pm on the 30th of September 2014.
    Refer friends, family members or colleagues (that have not used Pinnacle before) to Pinnacle to have their tax prepared before 6pm on the 30th of September 2014.
    Ask them to nominate you as their Referrer by mentioning you during their appointment or passing on a validated Referral Flyer (available in our physical offices).

When they nominate you as their Referrer during their appointment, you go in to the draw to win a holiday!

Terms and Conditions
Conditions of entry

    Entrants are required to be 18 as of the 1st of July 2014 to enter the Referral Competition run by Pinnacle Same Day Tax Refunds
    The Referral Competition run by Pinnacle Same Day Tax Refunds is open to residents of New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.
    To be eligible to enter the Referral Competition, an existing client (the Referrer) must do one of:
        Pass their “Refer a friend” entry form on to a new client (the Referee) before their appointment. It is then the responsibility of the Referee to fill in their details on the entry form and hand to reception at the time of their appointment; OR
        Give permission to the Referee to nominate them as the Referrer during their appointment and enter them into the competition draw.
    To enter the Referrer in the Referral Competition, the Referee must do one of:
        Lodge their entry form at time of their appointment; OR
        Advise their Preparer of their nominated Referrer during their appointment.
    The Referrer will receive one (1) entry for every valid referral.
    There is no limit to the number of entries a Referrer may receive.
    The Referee must not have had their previous years Income Tax Return completed by Pinnacle Same Day Tax Refunds or Crowe Horwath.
    The Referrer must have their current year Income Tax Return completed by Pinnacle Same Day Tax Refunds.
    If the Referrer or the Referee owe a debt to Crowe Horwath or Pinnacle Same Day Tax Refunds they are ineligible for all competitions.
    Directors, management, employees, contractors, immediate family, associated companies and agencies for Crowe Horwath and/or Pinnacle Same Day Tax Refunds are ineligible for all competitions.

Competition Running Times

    The Referral Competition is open from 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) 1st of July 2014 to 6pm AEST on 30th September 2014.

Competition Draw

    One (1) competition winner will be drawn at random on Thursday the 9th of October 2014 at approximately 9am AEST at Crowe Horwath, 62 Paterson Street, Launceston, Tasmania 7250.

Prize Details

    The winner of the Referral Competition will receive one (1) voucher for Flight Centre Australia to the value of AUD $4,950.
    Gift Voucher for Flight Centre Australia must be used within 12 months from date of issue.
    Total prize pool is AUD $4,950.
    Prizes are not exchangeable or transferrable and are not redeemable for cash.
    Crowe Horwath and Pinnacle Same Day Tax Refunds will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from the competition, except that which cannot be excluded by law.

Notification of Winners

    The winner will be notified by phone and email by 5pm AEST Friday the 10th of October 2014.
    Any unclaimed prizes will be redrawn on Monday the 12th of January 2015 at approximately 9am AEST at Crowe Horwath, 62 Paterson Street, Launceston, Tasmania 7250.
    Crowe Horwath and Pinnacle Same Day Tax Refunds will make all reasonable efforts to locate the winner.

Claiming Prizes

    The winner must verbally accept their prize when notified to claim it.
    The winner will receive their prize by Wednesday the 29th of October 2014.
    Crowe Horwath and Pinnacle Same Day Tax Refunds reserves the right to request the winner to submit proof of identity. Proof of identification and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Crowe Horwath and Pinnacle Same Day Tax Refunds.

Publishing of the Results

    First initial, last name, suburb and state of the winner will be published in the Australian on Monday the 20th of October 2014 and on www.samedaytax.com.au from the 13th of October 2014 until the 14th of November 2014.
