By providing your email and/or mobile number you give permission to be contacted by the Revesby Workers’ Club Group for marketing purposes. Promotional gaming machine material also includes general club advertising. Your consent, given by this form, continues until your membership of the club is due to be renewed, at which time you will be asked to provide a further consent, or you choose to withdraw consent at any time by notice in writing to the club. Draws will be conducted on Monday 18 August, Monday 15 September and Monday 13 October 2014. Each draw date is for one iPad Mini, valued at $345 each. Winners will be contacted by email and phone.
