Terms and Conditions of BPay View ‘Win an iPad draw’

1. The City of Ballarat BPay View ‘Win an iPad draw’ is conducted by City of Ballarat , ABN: 37601599422

2. Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Registering is deemed acceptance of any Terms and Conditions.

3. Ratepayers who have already signed up for BPAY View are automatically entered in the competition.

4. Promotion commences July 2014 and ends 30 September, 2014 at 5pm AEDST

5. Council employees, Councillors and their immediate family are not eligible to win this promotion.

6. Entry is automatic to any City of Ballarat rate payer who Registers to receive their City of Ballarat Rate Notice through BPAY View, excluding those under clause 5 of these terms and conditions.

7. Only one entry per BPAY View registration will be entered and entry to the promotion is free and open to City of Ballarat ratepayers

8. The winning entry will receive one new iPad Wi-fi 16 GB, valued at approximately $449.

9. City of Ballarat takes no responsibility for the operation of the iPad; this is the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. The winner will be selected at random on 1 October, 2014  from all participants registered who are eligible. The winner will be notified via email and announced on www.ballarat.vic.gov.au on 1 October, 2014

11.The Prize will be awarded in person or via alternative arrangement agreed to by prize winner and the City of Ballarat.

12. City of Ballarat decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
