Information on how to enter the  Competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

    This competition is being run by Projex Management & Construction Pty Ltd T/A Choice by Projex, 3/255 Beaufort Street, Northbridge WA 6003
    The competition commences at 9:00am on July 1, 2014 and concludes at 5:00pm AWST September 30, 2014 .
    The promoter of this competition is ChoicebyProjex.
    Entrants only qualify for the competition once they have signed a Preparation of Plans Agreement (PPA) with ChoicebyProjex between July 1, 2014 and September 30, 2014 and have progressed to an unconditional agreement.
    Contractors, consultants and employees and immediate families of contractors, consultants and employees of the Promoter of this competition are ineligible to enter.
    Number of entries: Only one entry per PPA signed.
    ChoicebyProjex are only accountable for supplying flights and accommodation as per the competition, any upgrades or additional costs for flights, accommodation or leisure must be paid for by the winning entrant.
    The prize consists of 2 tickets to fly with Singapore Airlines between September 30,2014 and December 1, 2014 and take accommodation for 4 nights at the hotel partner of ChoicebyProjex’s choice.
    The prize is subject to any written conditions provided by Singapore Airlines and the hotel partner.  The Flight will depart from Perth International Airport for 4 nights accommodation and return to Perth International Airport.
    The winner of the competition will be determined by draw on October 2, 2014.
    The winner will be notified via telephone within 2 working days, but if unreached, by email.
    ChoicebyProjex reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid, ineligible entrant is drawn or the winner does not claim the prize before October 10, 2014.
    The name of the winners will be published on the ChoicebyProjex website and Facebook.
    The unclaimed prize draw is to be held on October 10, 2014 at the ChoicebyProjex office.
    The winner of the unclaimed draw prize will be notified by mail or email and telephone within two business days of being determined/selected.
    No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not refundable or transferable.
    The airline tickets and accommodation are not eligible for frequent flyers points.
    The validity of the prize cannot be extended, and any travel not utilised by December 1st 2014 will be deemed null and void.
    Government and airport taxes (approximately AUD$190 per person at todays exchange rate) will be paid for by ChoicebyProjex.
    Singapore Airlines tickets are valid for a stay away of no more than 3 months.
    If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
    Visa, valid passports, additional spending money, meals, additional activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the Prize Details above are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated companion as incurred.
    It is the winner’s responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.
    The winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or supplies once booking s confirmed.
    The promoter and prize provider takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by a winner as a result of taking the prize. The promoter and prize provider recommends winners have valid travel insurance for their period of travel and adequate for the countries travel.
    The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade issues travel warnings and updates for travellers. The Promoter recommends that winners consult www.smarttraveller.com.au for advice and information prior to undertaking travel.
    All entries and materials summited to the Promoter in connection with this competition (in any form, including without limitation in hard copy or electronic form), become the property of the promoter and each entrant warrants that it has the right to transfer these things to the Promoter. The Promoter may use such entries and materials and any intellectual property rights subsisting in them in any manner it sees fit, including without limitation, by reproducing, modifying or adapting such entries and materials.
    The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expenses, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
