Terms and Conditions   

QPAC COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.   Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry.

2.    The Promoter is the Queensland Performing Arts Trust, ABN 13 967 571 128, of Queensland Cultural Centre, South Bank Qld 4101.

3.    Entry is open to all Queensland residents over the age of 18 excluding directors, management and employees of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and/or companies associated with the Competition (including suppliers of the prize) and their immediate families. One entry only per subscriber.

4.   The four winners and guests of the winners must be over the age of 18.

5.   You may be required to show your ID upon entry to the lab bar + restaurant to gain entry.

6.   The competition opens Thursday 21 August 2014 and closes Midnight Thursday 28 August 2014. Entries received after this closing date will not be accepted.

7.   The winner will be randomly drawn from eligible entries on Friday 29 August 2014.

8.    The winning entrant will be notified by email.

9.    No responsibility will be taken for any lost, damaged, or misdirected entry forms.

10.   All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be entered into a database and used for the Promoter's marketing, promotional and publicity purposes. The Promoter respects your privacy rights and will only use your personal information as indicated. You may request access at any time to personal information held by the Promoter about you.

11.   Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, Queensland Performing Arts Trust, will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss), arising either directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the prize or the promotion.

12.   The prizes are not redeemable for cash, not transferable to any other person, and cannot be exchanged for vouchers except as provided in these terms and conditions.

13.   The retail prizes are as specified by the Promoter and Treasury Casino and Hotel. Retail value is : $90.00 per double pass. Prize is exclusive of any alcoholic beverages.

14.   The prize must be redeemed by Sunday 14 December 2014. Bookings are available Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 2pm and 3.30pm, subject to availability. Winners will be required to liaise with Treasury Casino & Hotel to book their prize.

15.   The Promoter and Treasury Casino & Hotel encourage consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines.
