WAtoday are offering you the chance to win a double pass to ‘Happy Days’ presented by The Tivoli Club of WA on the evening of Friday, 5th September.

The night commences with doors opening from 7.30pm and the show starting from 8.00pm. Double pass includes entry for two adults, dinner, tea and coffee.

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

3. Entry is open to persons over 18 years of age and Western Australian residents only. Employees of Fairfax Digital Australia and New Zealand Pty Limited, the promoter, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted. All duplicate entries will be removed prior to the prize draw.

 4. Promotion commences on Tuesday 05 August and closes at 1pm AWST, Friday 29 August 2014. Promotion will be via http://www.watoday.com.au.

 5. There are 10 double passes given away for the duration of the competition. The draws will take place at 2pm AWST, Friday 29 August, at Fairfax Digital, Level 1, 169 Hay Street East Perth. All winners will be notified by phone and/or email. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize details are as follows 10 winners each receive 1 x double pass to ‘Happy Days’ presented by the Tivoli Club of WA.  Each double pass is valued at $36 (inc GST).

8. All above prizes include GST. The total maximum prize pool is valued at $360.00 inc. GST. This prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prize value is recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

 9. The promoter may conduct further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on, in order to distribute a prize if unclaimed by that date

 10. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.

 11. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be entered into a database.
