WIN a luxe mum-to-be prize pack!

    Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    The promoter is Mum’s Grapevine Pty Ltd, PO Box 174 Elwood VIC 3184, Australia (Promoter) ABN: 93 759 198 485.
    This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays not part in determining the winner.
    The Promotion ends at 11:59pm 30th September 2014 (Promotion Period).

THE PRIZE

    One winner will win the entire prize pool consisting of…

    a) 1 x Joolz Day Tailor pram valued at $1,899. The winner will be able to customise their Joolz Day Tailor pram including the fabric, type of wheels and the colour of the accent as per the options available on the Joolz website.
    b) 1 x $800 Ripe Maternity online shopping voucher.
    c) 1 x Il Tutto nappy bag up to the value of $450. The winner will be able to choose any nappy bag from the Il Tutto website so long as it is in stock. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and the prize is one nappy bag only, up to the value of $450.
    d) 1 x Pillow Package from Inspired Mother that includes a 1 x maternity pillow, 1 x feeding support pillow and 1 x nursing wrap up to the total value of $274.75.

    The prize draw will take place on the 2nd October, 2014 and will be drawn by a selection panel.
    Allow up to 4 weeks from date of draw for prize delivery.

HOW TO ENTER:

    Eligible Entrants must visit the individual competition entry page at http://mumsgrapevine.com.au/2014/09/win-maternity-prize-pack/ then:

    a) Entrants must sign up to receive the Mum’s Grapevine sale alert e-newsletter by entering their email address, location and postcode in the form on the entry page (http://mumsgrapevine.com.au/2014/09/win-maternity-prize-pack/) and then click the submit button on the form. An email will be sent to the Entrant asking them to confirm their acceptations of subscription to the Mum’s Grapevine e-newsletter. Entrants must click the accept link within that email.

    b) Eligible entrants must be current members at the time of the competition draw i.e. members who have unsubscribed to the e-newsletter are ineligible.

    c) Fully complete and submit the entry requirements as per the competition post, but not limited to:
    i)     Providing full name, email address, state
    ii)    Answering the question “Are you pregnant?
    iii)   Filling out their due date if applicable and
    iv)  Subscribing to the Mum’s Grapevine e-newsletter by checking the agreement box.
    v)   “Tell us one thing you are really looking forward to (or loved about) becoming a parent.”

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

    Incomplete entries or those that contain defamatory comments are ineligible to win.
    Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over excluding:a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, firms or companies associated with the promotion (including suppliers of prizes);b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph 3(a) of these Terms;c) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter,(Eligible Entrants). The persons referred to in paragraph 3(b) of these Terms includes natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.(Eligible Entry)

    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the promotion period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times during the Promotion Period.
    Eligible Entrants may only enter once and in their own name.
    The winning Eligible Entry/Entries will be selected at random within seven (7) days of the Promotion end date as indicated on the Entry Page. Winner/s will be selected at random from all Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.
    Winners will be notified by email and their names will be published on the Entry Page within 2 months of selection.
    The Promoter will do its best to contact the winner/s. If a winner does not accept their prize within one month of being chosen, the Promoter will select at random another winner from the Eligible Entry/Entries.
    The Promoter reserves the right to select alternate winner/s if it determines in its sole discretion that the winner/s do not adequately satisfy these terms and conditions.
    Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
    The prize winner is responsible for any expenses, fees and costs connected with the prizes that are not included in the prize descriptions.
    The prize(s) will be delivered to the residential address as provided by the winner(s) by the prize supplier. The Promoter conducts this Promotion on behalf of the prize supplier and is not responsible for any loss, damage or delivery of the prize once the prize supplier has been provided with the winner’s details.
    The Promoter and their promotional partners are not responsible for any loss or damage in relation to the prize once it has been awarded.
    The Promoter reserves the right to change the dates of the promotion if required. If for any reason the promotion is incapable of being run as planned, including due to infection by infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion.
