The promotion commences at 08/09/2014 and closes at 12.00pm ACST on 19/10/2014 (“Promotional Period”). All entries received after 12.00pm ACST on 19/10/2014 will not be included in the draw.

The first creative entry chosen will be deemed the winner and receive the prize. The winner will be determined at 11.00am ACST on 05/11/2014 at 209 Fullarton Road, Eastwood SA 5063.

There are 10 prizes to be won. Prize consists of a Wendys Thickshake voucher. RRP $5.30. Total RRP value of prize = AU$53.00. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to travel insurance, taxes (excluding GST), meals, drinks, transfers, spending money and other transport and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the Prize winner.
