 Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.
 Participation in the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
 Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and the immediate families of the promoter and
agencies
associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. This includes retailers, retail employees and their immediate families within Retail First Shopping Centres and its agencies.
 To enter, you must complete the ‘Create a Plant’ sheet as per instructions on that sheet.
 Entrants must obtain the consent of their parent or guardian to take part in this competition and the parent
must acknowledge their consent by signing above.
 Entries will be judged based on creativity.
 All Entries will be placed on the Centre’s website www.calamvalecentral.com.au
 The competition commences at 9.00am Monday 8 September and closes at 2.00pm Saturday 27 September.
 Prizes will be drawn at 9.00am Monday 29 September 2014. The winner of the 2-5 year old age category will
receive 1 (one) $50.00 Big W Gift Card. The winner of the 5+ year old age category will receive 1 (one) $50
Big W Gift card.
 Winner must have a parent or guardian over 18 years of age to claim prize.
 Prizes need to be collected by winners, or winner’s representative, from Customer Service within one week of
prize draw.
 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss of damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not
limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss of prize arising from the prize winner breaching the terms and conditions.
 All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the entrants’ names and address may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes by the promoter and its associated parties unless the entrant has indicated otherwise. Retail First Pty Ltd takes seriously its obligation to safeguard personal information regarding its customers.  Calamvale Central Shopping Centre staff have the right to refuse all entries if they deem the entry to be fraudulent in any way.
 The judges’ decision is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Any attempt to interfere in the fair running of this competition will result in immediate disqualification. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time.
