1. The Promoter:

2. Who May Enter:
i) South Australian Residences only
ii) Entrants must be 18 years or older
All eligible persons, who are not:
iii) Employees, the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), of Bernie Lewis Home Loans, Bernie Lewis Financial Solutions or Bernie Lewis Insurance Services.

3. Eligibility
i) One entry will be given upon meeting with a Bernie Lewis Mortgage Adviser.
ii) Contestants must mention the offer in their meeting to fill out a entry form.
iii) One entry per appointment.
iv) Appointments can be made by calling 8300 8300 or emailing info@bernielewis.com.au or filling an online enquiry form.
v) A South Australian resident.
vi) Entrants must be over eighteen (18) years of age

4. Requirements for entrants:
i) It is compulsory for entrants to provide their full name, telephone number, email address and date of birth in the application form to enter the promotion as we will be emailing the winners and also calling them.

5. Validity
All entries must complete appointment by the 30th November, 2014 to be a valid entry. Contestants must mention the competition offer to their mortgage adviser to fill out a entry form to go in the draw.

6. Date of Competition
The competition commences from 09:00am AEST on Monday, 29th of September 2014 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 30th of November 2014.

7. Prize
The prize pool is 1 x 16GB iPad mini valued at $349.00 and 1 x $20 ITunes Gift Vouchers. Total prize pool is $369.00

8. Details of Draw
The draw will commence 12 noon on Monday the 8th of December 2014. The entrants will be selected at random.

9. Method of Claiming Prize
The winner is not required to be on-site at the draw. Once the winners are announced, Bernie Lewis Home Loans Pty Ltd will contact the winners by phone and/or by email. The results will also appear on our Website www.bernielewis.com.au and Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/BernieLewisGroup. The prize is available for pick up from Head Office at 200 South Road, Mile End SA 5031.

10. Database
All entries will be entered into a database for recital of future advertisement and marketing. The Promoter may use entrants’ names and addresses for future marketing and promotional purposes unless notified otherwise in writing by the entrant. The Promoter classifies all entries as confidential and will not disclose any entrant’s details to any other parties, and by entering the competition you are agreeing to accept email communications from Bernie Lewis Home Loans Pty Ltd until such time the entrant unsubscribes.

11. Second Chance Draw
If any prize remains unclaimed, the second chance draw will be on the 15th of December 2013 at 12 noon at Bernie Lewis Home Loans Pty Ltd, 200 South Road, Mile End SA 5031.
