1. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the competition conditions.

2. Competition entry is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Prize:
a) There are four prizes:

Viva Italia at Il Centro - A $200 voucher to spend on a dining experience of your choice at Il Centro.
Allure of the East at Madame Wu - Dinner and drinks for you and three friends at Madame Wu (valued at $300).
Sabroso at Moda - A flight of tapas, paella by Javier Codina and glass of cava on arrival for you and three friends (valued at $320).
Saké’s Signature Lunch - 9-course signature lunch menu with matching beverages for you and three friends (valued at $480).
b) The prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
c) Limit of one prize per person
d) Any additional expenses incurred by the prize winners, other than those outlined in these terms and conditions, are the responsibility of the winners. Prize winners are themselves subject to the specific terms and conditions of the providers.

4. Competition period: The competition commences at midday 1 October 2014 and closes at midday 24 November 2014 (53 day duration – 2 weeks pre-promotion, 5 ˝ week campaign, 1 giveaway per 10 days).

5. How to enter: Complete the entry form by providing full name, email address and postcode.

6. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter this competition a person must: a) Be a permanent resident of the State of Queensland b) Not be an employee or contracted staff of Brisbane Marketing, a sub-unit of administration of the Promoter; and c) Be over the age of 18 (proof of age may be required to receive prize) or have the consent of one of his or her parents or guardians to enter the competition.

7. Competition Draw: The winners will be drawn at random. The decision shall be conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into. The drawing of the prizes will be conducted at Brisbane Marketing at 157 Ann St Brisbane QLD 4000.

8. Winner Notification: Prize 1) The winner will be notified by email by 5pm Monday October 20, 2014. If no reply email is received by 9am Wednesday October 22 the prize will be redrawn once and once only. The prize will be supplied in a confirmation email. Prize 2) The winner will be notified by email by 5pm Friday October 31 If no reply email is received by 9am Monday 3 November 2014 the prize will be redrawn once and once only. The prize will be supplied in a confirmation email. Prize 3) The winner will be notified by email by 5pm Monday 10 November 2014. If no reply email is received by 9am Wednesday 12 November 2014 the prize will be redrawn once and once only. The prize will be supplied in a confirmation email. Prize 4) The winner will be notified by email by 5pm Friday 21 November 2014. If no reply email is received by 9am Monday 24 November 2014 the prize will be redrawn once and once only. The prize will be supplied in a confirmation email.

9. Brisbane Marketing will either provide the prize in the form of an email or post the prize to the winner via express post within one day of the winner providing their postal address.

10. Persons who enter this competition by completing the online entry form are and ticking the box to become a Visit Brisbane subscriber are subscribing to the Visit Brisbane email newsletter. By subscribing to the Visit Brisbane email newsletter they are agreeing to receive email marketing from Visit Brisbane.

9. No Liability of Promoter: The Promoter accepts no responsibility whatsoever for late, misplaced, lost or ineligible entries. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury sustained in connection with the entry into the competition or acceptance of the prize. This paragraph is not intended to exclude any liability which cannot be excluded under Australian consumer protection laws. Any such liability is limited to the resupply of the prize.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions and/or to cancel the competition at any time prior to the competition opening without further recourse to the entrants.
