Participation in the Campaign is only open to those persons who:
a. are residents of NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, and WA;
b. are aged 18 years or over or if under the age of 18 must have
parent/guardian permission to enter;
c. if entering by Social Media, are a member with a current
account of that Social Media website;
d. if entering by Social Media, have accepted the terms of use of
that Social Media website; and
e. otherwise fulfil the entry requirements set out in this Schedule
and the Terms and Conditions.

This Campaign involves skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged according to its merits on the basis of the criteria set out in clause 16 of this Schedule.
To complete a valid entry in this Campaign, entrants must enter by the Website or one of the Social Media websites using the methods set out below :
a. Website: Entrants may visit www.icecream.com.au/marvellouscreations
Once online entrants must upload a photo of one or more people with the product Marvellous Creations Ice Cream. To make a valid entry, the entrant must complete the required entry fields including - name, date of birth, postal address, suburb, postcode, contact number and email address.
b. Social Media: Entrants may share via their personal Twitter, Instagram or Facebook account a post of a photo of one or more people with the product Marvellous Creations Ice Cream using the hashtag #MarvellousCreationsIceCream and including @MarvellousCreationsIceCream. To make a valid entry, the entrant’s Social Media profile account must be on public.
All valid entries will be judged by an ARN panel in accordance with the criteria in clause 16 of this Schedule.
All photos posted via the Website and using the hashtag must be relevant to the Campaign and the specific entry and judging requirements, as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to review the uploaded photos and remove and reject any photo which is offensive, inappropriate, defamatory or otherwise not in keeping with the spirit of the Campaign as determined in the Promoter's absolute discretion.
Each photo or post must be a unique entry and will only be considered once.

a. When any entrant submits, produces or distributes any material for this Campaign including, but not limited to photos, reviews and/or images or sharing of links (Content), unless the Promoter advises otherwise, the entrant, licenses and grants the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub- licensable transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such Content for any purpose in any
media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Entrants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use and warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights.
Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for the Content they submit, produce, share and/or distribute. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law.
The Promoter may remove any Content that does not comply with the Schedule, the Terms and Conditions or the Website and relevant Social Media terms and conditions. Entrants warrant and agree that:
they will not submit, produce, share or distribute any Content that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that the Promoter may deem in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 18 or otherwise unsuitable for publication; they will obtain prior consent from any person in respect of that person or their property that appears in their Content;
they will obtain full prior consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in the Content;
Content shall not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity;
they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computer or communication systems; and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits or uploads any material that does not comply with this Schedule and the Terms and Conditions.
Without limiting any other provisions of this Schedule and the Terms and Conditions, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all loss, damages and costs incurred by the Promoter for any breach of the above warranties.
Entrants acknowledge that entries, including the photo submissions or any Content, may be posted on to the Promoter's website, and/or any authorised third party websites and be available for public viewing.
Entrants further acknowledge and agree that their submission, use, participation and sharing of their photo, Content, the Social Media applications, the Social Media websites or this Campaign may cause information, links or their first name to be displayed on those applications or websites, including on their Facebook news feed and timeline.
Unless expressly stated in this Schedule and the Terms and Conditions, participation in the Campaign, including submission of an entry, does not entitle any entrant to use any of the

Promoter's intellectual property rights (including any trade mark or copyright) for any purpose and the Promoter reserves all rights in and to such intellectual property rights.
h. In the event of any dispute with the Promoter or at the request of the Promoter , recipients of the Major Prize will be required to correctly provide a receipt for the Major Prize winner's purchase of the Product. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the awarding of a Major Prize to a recipient who cannot provide a valid, proof of purchase.

a. Entrants consent to the Promoter and Co-promoters using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner or otherwise in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Campaign, the Promoter and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
b. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct this Campaign and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to the Promoter’s agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers or regulatory authorities, and for any purpose for which the entrant has previously consented, including but not limited to, future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Entry and participation in the Campaign is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages to or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out from receiving such materials, or to access, update or correct their information to the Promoter.

A Marvellous Party to the value of $10,000 AUD
This prize will be fulfilled by Australian Radio Network. Party venue to be determined by staff at Australian Radio Network.
Total Guests: 15 children + 15 parents or guardian – Total Guests = 30
Carnival theme may or may not include miniature horse, carnival rides, face painting, clowns. To be determined by ARN staff.
Prize may also consist of gift bags with toys to a value included in the $10,000 total prize pool.

Total prize pool valued at AUD $10,000.

Listeners may enter as many times as they wish, provided that each
post or photo is a unique entry. An entrant can only win one prize.

Entries will be judged by a panel from ARN. The ‘best’ entry will be determined on the level of their creativity of their submission taking into account:
a. the quality of the photo;
b. the originality and creativity of the photo;
c. the relevance of the photo to the Campaign and the particular
requirements with respect to the content of the photo; and
d. any other factors that the Promoter or ARN may consider
relevant in determining the winner of the Campaign.
All decisions of ARN and the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Judging will take place between 9.00am on Monday 13th October & 5pm on Wednesday 5th November 2014 (AEST) at Mix 101.1, Level 2, 21-31 Goodwood Street, Richmond, Victoria.

The winner will be notified via phone and/or Social Media. If entered by Social Media they will be contacted via that Social Media. The winner must contact ARN within 48 days of ARN contacting them. Any Major Prize that remains unclaimed or unverified within 3 months of notification will be re drawn.

Winner will be notified no later than AEDST 5.00pm Friday 14th November 2014.

The winner will need to provide several dates for a possible party within a 3 months period of being notified of winning. Once a date has been confirmed with ARN it is final. If winner cancels date the prize is forfeited. The entry may be used on both the station and Marvellous Creations Website and Social Media webpages. By entering the Campaign, you agree to ARN using your entry on the station websites, the Website and the Social Media webpages.
Participation in this Campaign and entry by Social Media is considered acceptance of the following:
a complete release of the relevant Social Media websites for any liability whatsoever by any entrant;
an acknowledgement that this Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the relevant Social Media websites; and
that the information provided by each entrant is provided to the Promoter (as detailed in this Schedule and the Terms and Conditions) and not to the relevant Social Media websites.
Participation and entry in this Campaign is conditional upon the entrant complying with all rules, regulations and guidelines.
