WIN: An 'Amazing Australian Animals' chocolate collection

‘Amazing Australian Animals’ chocolate collections, courtesy of Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery.

Winners will need to redeem their prize by 31 December 2014 and will be
required to collect their prize from Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery (35 Old Healesville Rd, Yarra Glen). By entering the
competition, you agree to the terms and conditions.

Hand made using milk couverture chocolate, this new collection features iconic Australian animals; 'Coco' the Koala, 'Snappy' the
Saltwater Crocodile, 'Boomer' the Kangaroo and 'Wally' the Wombat (175-200gms each). They make a delicious souvenir or a
delightful way to educate your little ones!

Competition Details

The competition opens Thursday 2 October 2014 at 10am and closes Sunday 19 October 2014 at 11.59pm. The winners will be drawn
on Tuesday 21 October 2014 and notified by email. Winners will need to redeem their prize by 31 December 2014 and will be
required to collect their prize from Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery (35 Old Healesville Rd, Yarra Glen). By entering the
competition, you agree to the terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions / Zoos Victoria e-news competition

1.    This is a game of chance.

2.    To enter the competition, visit www.zoo.org.au/enews/competition and submit your details correctly before the competition closing date.

3.    The competition opens on Thursday 2 October 2014 at 10am (AEST) and closes 11.59pm, Sunday 19 October 2014 (AEST). Entries received before or after these dates will be removed from the draw.

4.    The winners will be drawn at random on Tuesday 21 October 2014 at the offices of Zoos Victoria.

5.    The winners will be notified by email and must acknowledge receipt of Zoos Victoria’s email confirmation by 5pm Monday 27 October 2014. Failure to claim the prize by this date will result in a redraw and the original winner will not be entitled to any supplementary prize or benefit.

6.    The competition is open to current residents of Australia over the age of 18, other than Zoos Victoria board members, employees, and their immediate families and employees of Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery. Zoos Victoria reserves the right to require an entrant to produce identification and / or proof of age. "Immediate Family" of a person means the parents, siblings, children, and spouse or partner (whether legal or de facto) of that person.

7.    The promoter is Zoos Victoria, ABN 969-139-590-53

8.    Valid details must be entered in order to be eligible to enter the competition.

9.    Only one entry per email address will be accepted. Additional entries will be removed from the draw.

10.  Three winning entries will be selected.

11.  The judges’ draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12.  The prize must be redeemed by 31 December 2014. We are unable to extend the validity of this prize or honour it should the prize certificates be lost or destroyed. The winners will be responsible for collecting their prize from Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery (35 Old Healesville Rd, Yarra Glen) by 31st December 2014.

13.  The prize is for an 'Amazing Australia Animals' chocolate collection which includes 'Coco' the Koala, 'Snappy' the Saltwater Crocodile, 'Boomer' the Kangaroo and 'Wally' the Wombat (175-200gms each), valued at $59.80. Total competition prize value is $179.40.

14.  All other costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to spending money, additional meals, travel, insurance and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.

15.  The prize is not transferable, not refundable or redeemable for cash. The prize cannot be sold, auctioned or given away (i.e. one of the persons that collects the prize must be the person drawn in the competition). The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in prize values.

16.  Zoos Victoria reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or attempting to act in a fraudulent or dishonest manner.

17.  Zoos Victoria will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage caused, or suffered by the winner in relation to this competition or the prize.

18.  Entries will become the property of the promoter and will not be returned.

19.  Entry in this competition shall be deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

When you submit an entry, Zoos Victoria collects your name, postal code, phone number and your email address. Your details are kept private and only used for the purpose of contacting you, should you be the winner in this competition.
