Item 6 Entry Restrictions (i) if you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent
or guardian approve your entry and agree to these terms.
(ii) entrants must be residents of Australia.
(iii) not be our employee or an immediate family member of
our employee (or an employee of an agency associated with
the competition).
Item 7 Method of Entry Entrants must:
a. Follow Luna Park Sydney’s official Instagram channel at
www.instagram.com/lunaparksydney. For the avoidance of
doubt, the entrant must be following Luna Park Sydney on
Instagram at the time of judging
b. Post a photo of themselves with their ‘best game face’ on
the entrants own Instagram account
c. Tag the photo with the hashtags #BeatTheMaze. All three
of these tasks will constitute one entry (an ‘Entry’).
Item 8 Competition Entry Opens Friday 19 September 2014 at 12:00pm (AEST)
Item 9 Competition Entry Closes Saturday 1 November 2014 at 10:00pm (AEDT)
Item 10 Competition Judged The winners will be judged daily throughout the competition.
Item 11 Drawing Details N/A for game of skill
Item 12 Notification Date The Prize winner will be notified by the Notification Method
daily throughout the competition.
Item 13 Notification Method Prize Winner will be notified by an Instagram comment on
their image from the official Luna Park Sydney Instagram
account, followed by a confirmation email. No responsibility
will be taken by Luna Park Sydney for any incorrect or out
of date accounts, or for the inability to reach the entrant.
Entrants who are not winners will receive no notification at
all.
Item 14 Prize Details There will be seven (7) Major Prize winners who will receive
the following prize pack, subject at all times to these Terms
and Conditions:

There will also be runner up prize winners who will win one
or more of the following items, subject at all times to these
Terms and Conditions:
1 x Luna Park Sydney Unlimited Rides Pass valued at
$49.95
1 x double in-season pass to see The Maze Runner in
cinemas valued at $40
Prizes and item combinations are subject to change
without notice.
Item 15 Special Conditions 1. Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, affiliate
businesses and other entities in association with this
Promotion together with their immediate families and
members of the household of those persons are not
eligible to enter.
2. Entrants may enter the Competition an unlimited
number of times, however, each entry must be a new,
original answer to the question detailed under the
Method of Entry in Item 7.
3. The Prize must be used within six (6) months of the
Notification Date detailed in Item 12, on a date to be
decided by the Promoter. Movie tickets are
redeemable while the film is in season at theatres.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify
the validity of entries and entrants (including an
entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to
disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not
in accordance with these Terms or who tampers with
the entry process. Errors and omissions may be
accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the
Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage
does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. The Promoters reserve the right, at any time, to
refuse to accept any entry or remove any entry that it
deems, in their absolute discretion, to be dangerous,
obscene, offensive, inappropriate, or infringing upon
the rights of any third party. Determination of the
appropriateness and acceptance of any entry is at the
sole discretion of the Promoters, including as a result
of breaching these Terms.
6. If the Promoters reasonably believe that an entrant
has infringed the intellectual property of any third
party or not adhered to these Terms, that entrant will
be disqualified without notice and their entry/entries
removed from the Promotion.
7. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in
determining the winners. Each entry will be
individually judged based on creative merit. The
judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the
Promotion will be final and binding on every person
who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. Unlimited Rides Pass to Luna Park Sydney, valid for
use on any one day Luna Park Sydney is open to the
general public. In accordance with Clause 2 of these
Special Conditions. The promoter reserves the right
to cancel the Unlimited Rides Pass if any attempts
are made to misuse it.
9. Please check the classification of the prize before
redeeming it. Prizes are not transferable or
exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. By entering this Promotion, each entrant consents to
their entry (including but not limited to their name)
being used in any feature created by the Promoters,
with appropriate acknowledgement. As a condition of
accepting a prize, winners must sign any legal
documentation as and in the form required by the
Promoter in its absolute discretion, including but not
limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
11. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not
capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent
permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b)
subject to any written directions from a regulatory
authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the
promotion, as appropriate.
12. For the purposes of the Prize, the winner’s
parent/guardian must be aged over 18 years of age.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to seek parent
permission to sign a release or waiver to participate
in the Prize.
14. All expenses incurred in relation to enjoyment of any
prize are the responsibility of the winners. The
claiming and collection of prizes by the winner will be
subject to verification checks at the absolute
discretion of the Promoter. Any cost associated with
accessing Instagram and mobile applications is the
Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the
Internet service provider used. The use of any
automated software or any other mechanical or
electronic means that allows an entrant to
automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will
render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by
law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees
and agents) excludes all liability (including
negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or
damage (including loss of opportunity); whether
direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in
any way out of the promotion, including, but not
limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any
technical difficulties or equipment malfunction
(whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any
theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered,
damaged or misdirected (whether or not after the
receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond
the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any
substitution of prizes where advertised items are
unavailable; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner
or entrant; or (g) use of a prize.
16. The collection, use and disclosure of personal
information otherwise provided in connection with this
Promotion is governed by the Luna Park Sydney
