1.    Information on how to enter and gifts form part of these conditions. By participating, claimants agree to be bound by these conditions. Claims must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2.    Offer is open to residents of Queensland and New South Wales who are 18 years and over.  Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and outlets associated with this offer are ineligible to claim a gift. This offer is limited to outlets in Queensland and New South Wales that have been invited by the Promoter to participate ("Participating Outlet").
3.    The offer commences at 11.00 EST on 27/10/2014 and closes at 23.59 EST on 24/11/2014 or while stocks of gifts last (“Offer Period”). Claims received after 23.59 EST on 24/11/2014 will not be accepted.
4.    To redeem a gift, purchase either a carton (24 x 375ml Stubbies) or block (30 x 375ml cans) of XXXX GOLD from a Participating Outlet during the Offer Period. Limit of one gift applies per person per day. Claimants must retain a clear copy of their original receipt as proof of a valid purchase during the Offer Period.
5.    Gift consists of one (1) XXXX GOLD branded stubby cooler (RRP $10.00). Gifts are not redeemable for cash. There are 490,800 gifts available throughout this promotion, while stocks of gifts last. Stubby cooler branded with 1894, 1924, 1991, 2014 images, subject to availability.
6.    If any gift or any element of a gift becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a gift or element of a gift of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Claimants will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the gift or element of a gift has been substituted at equal or greater value. Claimants are responsible for the collection of the gift from the relevant Participating Outlet. The Promoter is not responsible for delivering gifts to claimants.
7.    The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any claimant as a result of the claimant accepting and/or using a gift, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
8.    Claimants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage gift if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol.
