Competition commences Monday 3rd November 2014 at 5:30am and closes on Sunday 30th November 2014 at 11.59pm.
All times are AEDST.

During the active contesting period (Monday 3rd – Sunday 30th November 2014), recorded promotional spots running on each station will encourage listeners to visit the iHeartRadio Pool Party competition page.
On the competition page, listeners will be able to register their details and answer in 25 words or less why they want to win their way to the iHeartRadio Ultimate Pool Party for the chance to win a trip to Sydney for the iHeartRadio Ultimate Pool Party.
At the conclusion of the active contesting period, one entrant will be drawn randomly from the national pool of entries and awarded the major prize.

One (1) Major Prize winner will receive:

Winner and their guest must be available to travel to Sydney between Friday 5th and Sunday 7th December 2014 to be eligible for the prize. The prize cannot be taken at any other time.

The total prize pool will not exceed a value of: $1,500

There is no limitation on the number of entries.
Once an entrant has been successful in winning a prize, they are ineligible to enter the promotion again until 30 days after the date of their original win.
The promotion is not open to:
(a) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with the Promotion;
(b) the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, or sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent) of such employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household);
(c) any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win any Promotion run by the Promoter except in the case of a legal change of name;
(d) any person where that person or anyone from the same family or household has won a prize or prizes from the Promoter or any radio station that is a member of the Australian Radio Network, valued either individually or collectively at more than $50 in the 30 days prior to the commencement of the Promotion.
(e) Employees of any other radio stations,
including the Australian Radio Network.

All entrants must aged 18 years or over.

Photo ID will be required for both the winner and their guests to claim the prize and gain entry into the iHeartRadio Ultimate Pool Party event.

The major prize winner will be judged from all entries received nationally during the active contesting period as the most creative and original entry.
The final decision is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered in to.
The major prize draw will take place between 9am and 12pm on Monday 1st December.
The draw will take place at the Australian Radio Network – 3 Byfield Street, North Ryde NSW 2113
The major prize will be notified of their win via phone.
Winner will also receive an email notification following their win.
