Terms and Conditions

Country Solar Pty Ltd is the promoter and conductor of this competition. Entry to the competition will begin on Wednesday 29nd of October 2014 and close at Wednesday 10th December 2014. Winner of the competition will be drawn on Friday 12th of December 2014 at Country Solar Head Office, 1 McIlwraith Street, South Townsville Qld 4810.

It is a condition of winning that the prize winner provides the promoter with their correct full name, address, and other requested contact information to be able to claim the prize. Failure to submit correct information may forfeit prize.

Prize value is correct as at the date of printing and the promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the date on which the prize is taken.

If for any reason the winner does not claim the prize within 28 days of the draw announcement, then the prize will be forfeited.

The winner will be picked at random, and will be notified by phone and email within 24 hours of the Draw. The result will be published on the Country Solar website: www.countrysolar.com.au and will remain online for 28 days. The winner’s name and suburb will also be published on the Country Solar Facebook page.

Anyone in Queensland, Australia who is over the age of 18 years can enter this competition, however the delivery of the prize is the responsibility of the winner. The prize is pickup only, from Townsville metro.

The one winner of the Competition will win one (1) Spa (comprising of 2.2m white acrylic shell and cedar wood skirt/step with black cover, pickup in Townsville metro) up to a value of $7,500 (inclusive GST). The cost and organisation of delivery is the responsibility of the winner.

Spa features include bluetooth and iphone/ipod box and two pop-up speakers, stainless steel jets, LED lights, insulation foam, heaters, water fountain, waterfall, computer control system and panel, filters, ozone, pumps, air blower.

All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable, and redeemable for cash or for resale. Any damage, faults and issues with the spa remain the responsibility of the winner. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entries not completed in accordance with the conditions of entry or received after the closing date will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be disregarded. No responsibility is taken for late or misdirected email or entries.
