Watch and Win  - Win a Service Fee to Contenda Promotion - Terms and Conditions.

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition deems acceptance of these conditions of entry.

1. The promoter is Wimborne Park Stud whose registered office is at 8 Peebles Rd, Arcdaia NSW 2159, Australia

2. Employees of Wimborne Park Stud or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. Entry is available to Australian Residents only.Entrants under 18 years of age must gain parental approval prior to entering this competition.

5. The competition commences at midnight Australian Eastern Standard Time on 26th July 2014 and closes at 3pm (Australian Eastern Daylight saving Time) on 16th November 2014. Entries must be received within these times and dates to be valid.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8. The rules of entry for the competition and the prize for the winner are as follows:
The prize consists of a single dose of frozen semen from the stallion Contenda valued at $1210. In entering this competion the winner agrees to accept all the terms and conditions contained within Contenda's Silver Breeding contract version 2014 issued by Wimborne Park Stud. Contenda's Silver Breeding Contract can be downloaded by clicking here. The winner is resposible for all costs associated with the freight of the frozen semen to the storage facility of their choice, all and any costs and risks associated with the breeding of their mare. Entrants are advised to consult with their vet for professional advice as to the suitablilty of the use of frozen semen in their mare.

3.Sit back, watch and enjoy the short video on the post
4.During the video you will receive details of the 3 easy steps you need to complete in order to enter
5.Complete the 3 steps and you are in with a chance to be the winner of a service to Contenda!
The three steps include to "like" the "Win a Service Fee to Contenda" post, "Like" Contenda's facebook page and writing a comment in 25 words  or less an answer to the question posed on Contenda's promotional video.
All 3 steps must be completed in order for the entry to be valid.

For entrants who do not have a Facebook account entries may be submitted by e mailing the stud at wimborneparkstud@gmail.com. In order for e mail entries to be valid they must include the name of the entrant, their contact e mail address and include a response to the question posed in the promotional video.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Verification of the absence of a Facebook account in the entrants name will be required to validate e mail entries. The entrant must not "unlike" Contenda's Facebook page for the duration of the competition.

8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

11. This is a competition of skill and winners will be chosen by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondance will be entered into.

12. The winner will be notified by email and/or Facebook personal message within 28 days of the closing date. The winners name will be displayed on Contenda's Facebook page and also on the Wimborne Park Stud website.The winner will be notified by email and/or Facebook personal message within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

13. The promoter will liase directly with the winner in order to organise collection of the prize.
