ABC ‘ SWOON ‘   The Ultimate Collection The ABC have now put together 15 new Swoons   on this  lovely release plus featuring many favorites from the original Swoon albums. They are intended to ’ uplift and inspire’ [not my words]. ‘ If you are a ABC classic FM  breakfast fan you will have heard  most of these  musical numbers played  at one time or another.. This selection  features well known composer’s like Bach, Mozart ,Puccini, Schumann , and many others, plus several vocal numbers. With two CD’s  it means you have 28 musical numbers to listen to, and  there is a little booklet that gives you  all the titles and information about this enjoyable  selection. The  words across the top of this album says   ‘ ‘Music of rapture to make the earth stand still’’ I don’t necessarily  agree with that statement, as  I found the  music on these CD;s  tended to lean  one more toward just being  still, relaxing, and meditating
