1. Do your best ever colouring job.
2. Drop your masterpiece in Santa’s mailbox or call into CastleTown
Centre Management by 4.00pm, Sunday 21 December 2014.
3. Then wait and see if your entry is chosen as the lucky winner.
4. Santa will visit the lucky winner’s household on Christmas Eve!

Competition commences 9 November and concludes 21 December 2014.
•
Judging will take place at CastleTown Centre Management at 9.00am, Monday 22 December 2014.
•
One winner will be chosen and notified via telephone.
•
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
•
Colouring forms are available via the CastleTown website www.castletown.com.au, Santa’s Sea-tacular Wonderland or CastleTown Centre Management.
•
Entry to this competition is free.
•
Completed entries can be left in Santa’s mailbox located in front of Target or alternatively handed into CastleTown Centre Management prior to the competition close.
•
Entries will be on display at CastleTown throughout the competition.
•
All entries become property of CastleTown and entries will not be returned.
•
Prize cannot be transferred, are neither exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.
•
If the winner is not contactable or unable to confirm participation by 9.00am, Tuesday 23 December 2014 another winner will be chosen.
•
CastleTown management, retailers, staff or sponsors and their immediate families are not permitted to enter and therefore will not be eligible for prizes. Immediate families mean parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
•
Entry is open to all residents of Australia of or under the age of 12 years.
•
The prize draw winner will receive a visit from Santa to their household.
•
Santa’s visit will take place on Christmas Eve, from 5.00pm to 7.00pm on Wednesday, 24 December 2014.
•
If a prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
•
If the winner chooses to accept the prize, CastleTown reserves the right to use the customer’s name and photograph for marketing and publicity purposes.
•
Further terms and conditions may apply to the winning party of the prize.

CastleTown reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the conditions of entry.
