CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

    By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter is Marque of Brands Pty Ltd, ABN 65 147 537 513, Unit 19/327 Mansfield St, Thornbury, VIC 3071 ph: 1300 819 331.
    The Promotion commences at 11:00am AEDT on 24 November 2014 and closes at 16.30pm AEDT on 28 November 2014 (Promotion Period).
    Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 13 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
    To enter the Promotion, Entrants must Entrants must “Like” the competition post image posted by the Mine Tan Body Skin Facebook page (www.facebook.com/minetanbodyskin) and Comment on the post with what colour Mine Tan Express Tan Foam they would like to win (green, violet or dark ash) and submit it so that it is received within the Promotion Period (Entry).
    Entrants may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
    No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.
    The total Prize Pool is valued at $89.85. There are three (3) Prizes in total valued at $29.95 each. Each Prize includes 1 x Mine Tan Express Tan Foam (RRP $29.95). Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash. Allow up to 30 days for the delivery of all prizes.
    The Prize Draw will be conducted at 16.31pm AEDT on 28 November 2014 at Unit 19/327 Mansfield St, Thornbury, VIC 3071. The 3 Prize Winners will be the first valid Entries drawn, one for each colour nominated in the comment on the Entry.
    Each Winner will be announced on the Mine Tan Body Skin Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/minetanbodyskin) within one day of being judged as a Winner.
    The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.
    The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Promotion or taking the Prize.
    If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
    This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Marque of Brands Pty Ltd, not to Facebook.
    In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the Marque of Brands Pty Ltd database. The Promoter and Marque of Brands Pty Ltd may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the Marque of Brands Pty Ltd Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. Upon the entrant’s request; all information provided will be removed from our active database. Information will be removed as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.     ii. using the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and promotional campaigns, in any media including email and SMS, unless an Entrant otherwise withdraws their consent to the use of their information in this manner; and
