Our judges will select their favourite entry based on the answers given to the entry criteria above. One winner will receive a Peter's of Kensington eGift Card, valued at $2000. The winner's name will be published on our eNewsletter on Monday the 22nd of December 2014.

Entries open at 1am on Monday the 24th of November 2014 and close at 9am Monday the 22nd of December 2014.

One entry per person will be considered valid.


ONLINE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions apply to any and all online competitions run by Peter's of Kensington Pty Limited ("Peter's"), including those on Facebook and Twitter.

GENERAL COMPETITION – Terms and Conditions of Entry

These General Competition Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions run by Peter's. They may be amended or varied from time to time by Peter's. Special Terms and Conditions may apply to particular contests in which case, the Special Terms and Conditions will be highlighted on the competition/promotion page.

1. Whom May Enter

The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are Australian and New Zealand residents, currently living in Australia or New Zealand, who are not employees of Peter's, the immediate family of such employees, or anyone professionally connected with the competition. 'Immediate family' means spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the employee.

2. Conditions of Entry

By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and any Special Terms and Conditions appearing which are specific to the particular competition.

3. Limitations on Entry

Participants may only enter the competition once, unless the Special Terms and Conditions specify otherwise. Only the first received entry will be valid if more than one entry is received from a participant. Prizes will only be delivered within Australia or New Zealand.

4. How to Enter and Selection of Winners

For competitions that are a game of skill, entrants are required to submit a creative answer to a question. Winners will be selected by a panel of representatives of Peter's who, at their discretion, will select the best answer/s based upon originality, creativity, and adherence to the word limit.

5. Prizes

All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferrable, redeemable for cash or for resale. In the event that a prize is unavailable, Peter's reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes unclaimed after a period of one month from the date of notification of the winner/s may be forfeited and used by Peter's at the discretion of Peter's.

For most competitions, prizes will be posted to the address nominated by the winner/s. No responsibility will be accepted by Peter's for any lost or misdirected mail.

6. Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified electronically by email or their provided telephone number.

7. Entries

All entries become the property of Peter's. Entries not completed in accordance with the conditions of entry or received after the closing date will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be disregarded. No responsibility is taken for late or misdirected email or entries.

8. Privacy

The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in Peter's Privacy Policy: http://www.petersofkensington.com.au/Public/Privacy.aspx. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to Peter's and its related bodies for this purpose.

9. Internet

If for any reason a competition does not run for its duration due to a virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Peter's that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition, Peter's reserves its right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

Peter's is not responsible for any:

a) malfunction, delay or traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website;

b) failure of any email or entry to be received by Peter's; nor

c) any injury or damage to entrants or any other person related to or resulting from participation in the competition or down loading any materials in the competition.

10. Limitation of Liability

Peter's makes no representation or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as a prize. To the extent permitted by law, Peter's is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by Peter's or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner/s and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner. This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian Law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of Peter's or its employees or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again.
