How to enter

1. Email competition@brownbrothers.com.au and share your favourite salmon recipe and matching wine by 11.59pm (AEDT) 31 January 2015.

Conditions of entry

    Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are Brown Brothers Epicurean Members excluding directors, management, employees and their immediate families of Brown Brothers and its related bodies corporate.
    One entry per person
    Entries will be judged on creativity and chance plays no part in determining the winner. This is a game of skill.
    Judging of entries will take place at 9am (AEDT) 5 February 2015 and winners announced via email by 6 February 2015.
    Entries must include Epicurean member name, address and contact number.
    Entrants grant Brown Brothers the right to unlimited Australia-wide use of the recipes and any accompanying photos for use across any Brown Brothers assets to promote or advertise any products.
    Prizes will be despatched post 6 February by Huon.
