Details of Participation: Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation and entry is
deemed as acceptance of them. No purchase necessary to enter contest or redeem prizes. Contest
commences at 9am AEST 23/06/14 & closes at 12.00pm AEDT 31/12/14. Entries not received by that time or
not completed in accordance with these Details of Participation will not be eligible to win.
Prize: One prize only. Prize is for two persons only. Prize is as follows:
* Return airfares to Broome, Western Australia, from the nearest capital city to the winner’s home address. In
the case of a New Zealand winner, flights will be provided from Sydney. The New Zealand winner will be
required to make their own way to Sydney and will remain responsible for all associated travel costs to
connect with Broome flights provided.
* Five nights at the fabulous Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa in a garden view studio on a twin share basis.

Who Can Enter: Contest is open to Australian and New Zealand residents, aged 18 years and over
who submit an eligible entry. Only one competition entry is permitted per person. Employees and/or
associates and immediate family members of The trustee for The Abicair Family Trust (trading as Late Night
Entertainment) Jetset Woodvale (trading as Sunwild Holidays), Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa, Cache Group of
Companies, Ubermen, Brand New Media or Network Ten are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter: Competition can only be entered online at

form provided in full and telling us in 25 words or less: ‘Why you need an Aussie Escape with Tour the World’.
Entries posted at
www.facebook.com/tourtheworldtv will also be deemed as complete and eligible, provided
the entrant has clicked ‘like’ on the Tour the World Facebook page prior to posting their entry on Facebook.
Use of the website form, promotional material or any other competition information without prior written
consent constitutes illegal use.
Prize conditions: Prize (in whole or in part) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken
as cash.
Prize Draw: This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the prize
winner. Prize will be given away to the entrant deemed to have provided the best entry as
determined by the judges. Entries will be judged individually on their merits based on originality,
relevance, creativity, appeal and content and the best entry as determined by the Judges will be the
winning entry. Final judging will take place on 02/01/15 at 2pm AEDT. Entries not received by the Promoter
before 12:00pm AEDT 31/12/14 or entries that the Promoter, Late Night Entertainment does not have express
consent to contact as at 12:00pm AEDT 31/12/14 are ineligible to win.
Entries must be ideas stemmed from the original thought of the competition entrant. Any such
answers cannot be previously published in any forum worldwide. Entries that are found to have been
derived from the designs of a third party will be considered invalid and if awarded a prize, that prize
must be returned to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter and cannot be
returned. Each entrant is permitted only a single entry in this online competition. Each entrant will be
uniquely identified by their email address or Facebook ID. Multiple entries from a single entrant based on the
same or differing email address will not be permitted. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the
Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. Neither the
Promoter, nor any of their agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or
ineligible entries. Judging will be conducted at 25 Quamby Road, North Ringwood, 3134 at 2:00pm AEDT on
the 02/01/15. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from Late Night Entertainment and no
correspondence will be entered into. In the event that the prize is not claimed within three months of the
winner being notified an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 12.00pm AEDT on 01/02/15.
Notification: Winner will be notified using the contact details provided in their entry in the
competition. Winners' names will be published on
www.tourtheworld.com.au. Prize winner list may be
obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Tour the World Competition Winner List, C/- 25
Quamby Road, North Ringwood, VIC, 3134.
Promotion: By entering, the prize winner agrees to the use of entry answer, pictures, names &/or
statements for future promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. By entering this
promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter, Late Night Media

future promotional, marketing & publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other

not limited to, publicly available directories & the entrant authorises the Promoter to contact them on those
contact details & telephone number(s) for an indefinite period. Entrants may be contacted by phone, mail or
electronic messaging for the purpose of promoting the Promoter, partner or supporting merchant's
various products & services. Further the entrant agrees that the Promoter is reserving the right to sell,
