‘Show Us Your Colours’
Competition
1
Entry is applicable to Australian residents who are
Metalflex Account Customers during the period of
the competition. Employees and immediate families
of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies
are ineligible to enter the competition.

The competition commences on 1 December 2014
at 12.01am and entries close on 12 January 2015 at
11.59pm (Eastern Standard Time).

To qualify for the promotion, participants must
purchase during the period of Dec 1st 2014 – January
12th 2015 any of the following branded Evaporative
or Refrigerated Air Conditioning units from a
Metalflex branch:
- Braemar
- Fujitsu
- Samsung
- Brivis
- Mitsubishi
- TCL
To enter, participants must then email an image of
them dressed in their best Australian Supporters
Colours admin@metalflex.com.au, along with their
name, telephone number and account name/
number, and select the ‘submit’ button. Entrants
acknowledge that their entry is only received by the
Promoter once they have received a ‘confirmation
message’.

Entrants may submit one photograph. This
photograph will not be returned to the entrant.
Each entrant warrants that they are the producer
of the photograph they submit, that they have the
authority to submit the photograph for the purpose
of the competition and that they have the right to
grant Metalflex permission to use the photograph as
contemplated by these terms and conditions.

The prize winners will be determined on 13th January
2015 by Metalflex’s Operations Manager, and judged
on the basis of the entry’s originality and creativity
.
Prize winners will be notified by telephone, and
his or her name will also be displayed on the
Promoter’s website.

The first prize is entry to the Australia vs India Cricket
match at the MCG on Friday 16th January in a fully
catered Corporate Box, aswell as $3,000.00AUD
spending money to help with associated costs such
as travel and accommodation.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or
damage whatsoever suffered, including but not
limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal
injury suffered or sustained in connection with the
prizes.

If a winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years,
the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated
parent or guardian.
