pictures, related graphics and other materials published by Bakers Delight on this website, provided
that:
 The use is for non-commercial purposes only.
 The documents, pictures or related graphics available from this site are not changed in any way.
As a user of our website, you agree not to reproduce, retransmit, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast,
or otherwise use any material from this website without the express prior written consent of Bakers
Delight Holdings Pty Ltd.
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.
The Promoter is Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd. ABN 88 052 528 202 of Level 1, 293 Camberwell
Road, Camberwell, Victoria 3124 (Promoter).
By entering this promotion you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms) and the
Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion may refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to
comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Promotion Period
1.1 The promotion commences 9am Thursday 29 January 2015 and concludes 11.59pm
Wednesday 25 February 2015 EST.
1.2 Entries must be submitted to the competition post on the Bakers Delight Healthy Loafstyle
microsite, http://health.bakersdelight.com.au/subscribe?formID=15917 before the stated closing date
of the promotion period.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia (Eligible Entrant) excluding: the
Promoter's employees, bakery operators, suppliers and their immediate families;
2.2 The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its sole and
absolute discretion.
2.3 An Eligible Entrant who is under 18 years of age must obtain the permission of a parent or
guardian in order to participate. The winner must respond to being contacted regarding their winning
entry within 48 hours be being contacted by the Promoter in order to claim their prize. Should the
winner fail to respond to the request to confirm their entry and details, the Promoter is within their
right to select the next best eligible winning entry.
2.4 Eligible Entrants:
(a) can only enter the Promotion in their own legal name;
(b) must be individuals only and cannot be acting on behalf of an organisation or group.
(c) on notification of winning must provide their own legal name and confirmation of age to verify
their entry in the Promotion;3. Determining the winner
3.1 The prize winners will be determined by the Promoter's judging panel and process, selecting
the Promoter’s favourite response on the basis of creativity.
3.2 All of the Promoter's judging panel's decisions are final and binding on each person who enters
the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.3 Unless advertised differently, the prize winners will be notified via email by the end of the
Promotion.
3.4 If for any reason the Promoter believes the Eligible Entrant has not complied with these Terms
or the Promotion requirements, the Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to award
a Prize.
3.5 Winners will be notified by the Promoter via email or direct message via social media if their
entry is selected as the winner of the competition by Friday 27 February 2014.
3.6 The judging period begins once the Promotion Period closes.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Complete the form located on the Bakers Delight Healthy Loafstyle page,
http://health.bakersdelight.com.au/subscribe?formID=15917, including mandatory fields; Name,
Email, Country, and respond to the following question in 25 words or less; “which of our healthy
breads is your favourite and why”.
4.2 Entries must directly address the question asked in the competition section by the Promoter.
5. Determining the winning entry
5.1 The prize winner will be determined by the Promoter's judging panel and process. The decision
will be made to award the prize to the entry judged to be the best entry in line with the competition
criteria.
5.2 All of the Promoter's judging panel's decisions are final and binding on each person who enters
the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.3 If for any reason the Promoter believes the Eligible Entrant has not complied with these Terms
or the Promotion requirements, the Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to award
a Prize.
6. Prize
6.1 The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed for cash or sold.
6.2 The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot and will not be varied.
6.3 The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any prize damaged in transit in the delivery of
their prize.
6.4 In total, there are 5 x prizes. Each prize includes 1 x $1,000 2XU gift card. Prize values are
correct as at the date of publication and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for variation in prize value.
6.5 Product included as the prize will be determined by the promoter in its complete discretion. All
prizes must be taken as offered.
7. Monitoring and Moderation
7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to monitor and moderate all entries.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to remove any entries considered to be of an offensive or
defamatory nature.
7.3 The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to remove any entries that
it considers to against the spirit of the competition.
8. General Conditions
8.1 All entries will become the property of the Promoter and may be used for marketing purposes
at the Promoters discretion.
