ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to worldwide Heatworks MODEL 1 fans, who have an active e-mail account and Internet access. Employees of ISI Technology, LLC ("Sponsor") and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or other coordinating agencies, individuals providing services to the Sponsor through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the Sweepstakes Period, and their respective immediate family members and persons living in its same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Sweepstakes Rules (“Official Rules”).
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The ISI TECHNOLOGY SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on October 25, 2014 at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on October 25, 2014 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time ("PT") (the “Entry Period”). Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Award Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects.
HERE'S HOW TO ENTER

All Sweepstakes entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into the prize drawing, to be held on or around the 15th of each month ("Drawing Date") at the Sponsor's offices located at 475 East Bay Street Charleston, SC 29403. The drawing will be conducted either by independent persons or a computer program that randomly chooses winners from all eligible entries received and the random selection is final and binding.

No responsibility is assumed for (i) technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software or network, computer or data transmission errors, malfunctions or difficulties of any kind; or (ii) any incorrect data contained in any sweepstakes entry.
GRAND PRIZE

Only the following prize will be awarded: No cash or other substitution of prize will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value. The Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.

One (1) grand prize will be awarded consisting of the following items: (1) Heatworks MODEL 1 unit. Subject to availability on the day of drawing ("Grand Prize").
WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Winners will be notified by e-mail within (5) business days of the Grand Prize drawing. The winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within seven (7) days of the date winner-notification is sent. Allow up to six (6) to eight ( weeks for delivery of the Grand Prize. Grand Prizes won by minors will be awarded to the parents or legal guardians, who must sign all required affidavits and releases. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize and/or where applicable an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, such potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that the potential Grand Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor will award the Grand Prize to an alternate winner selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected after which the Grand Prize will remain un-awarded. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a prize winner, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail account specified in the entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. No automatically generated entries will be accepted.
ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
GENERAL TERMS

The Sponsor is not responsible for (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or postal mail or otherwise; (ii) theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; or (iii) phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant acknowledges that entrant has read these Official Rules and any other terms and conditions, rules, guidelines or policies applicable to the Sweepstakes, and agrees to abide by them. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors, non-sponsors and agents, including advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and assigns, and any other organizations related to the Sweepstakes (the “Released Parties”), harmless from any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize or parts thereof, including, without limitation, (i) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor's control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO ENTRANT FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE.

The Internal Revenue Service requires Form 1099-MISC to be issued and filed for each recipient who received a Grand Prize if the annual aggregate is at least $600 or more. The total Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize to be awarded in this Sweepstakes: $475.00 (USD). Winners who are USA residents must complete and submit a W-9 form to receive any prize. The recipient is responsible for any income tax liability and should consult his/her tax advisor for the proper tax treatment of this income on his/her tax return.

Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and Grand Prize may not be redeemed for cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value in the event the Grand Prize is unavailable, except where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No groups, clubs, newsletters or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Award Rules to its members. All Sweepstakes entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Award Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes and/or winning any prize, entrant/winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, entry and statements attributed to entrant/winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes, including without limitation, inclusion in Sponsor's newsletters, and the Sponsor's websites, without additional compensation. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Sweepstakes are compromised, without liability to the entrant. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion. The Sweepstakes are subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. As stated above, the Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read these Official Rules and agree to abide by them and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. These Official Rules are governed by the law of the State of South Carolina, excluding rules governing choice of laws. Any action, suit or case arising out of, or in connection with, this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules must be brought in either the federal courts located in the downtown Charleston or the state courts located in downtown Charleston.
PERSONAL INFORMATION

The personal information submitted by entrant will be shared between the Sponsor and the affiliates of Sponsor and used for the purposes described in these Official Rules, and will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Heatworks MODEL 1 Privacy Policy located at http://blog.myheatworks.com/privacy-policy/#sthash.peSlCFJs.dpbs. Except to the extent restricted by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agrees to Sponsor's collection and use of their personal data and acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Official Rules and Sponsor's privacy policy. Unless expressly agreed to as above, personal data will only be used for the purpose of administering the contest and notifying entrants if they have been selected as an eligible Grand Prize winner. Such data will not be misused, and will be stored only with Sponsor for the purposes identified in these Official Rules. Entrants have a right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by Sponsor by emailing Sponsor at info@isitechnology.com.
WINNER'S LIST

For a list of the Grand Prize winners, which will be available seven (7) days after the announcement of the winner, send your request specifying Sweepstakes name and a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Grand Prize Winners, ISI Technology, 475 East Bay Street, Charleston, SC 29403 within sixty (60) days of the last day of the Sweepstakes Period. For a copy of these Official Rules, send a legal-size, self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sweepstakes Rules, ISI Technology, 475 East Bay Street, Charleston, SC 29403 prior to the end of the Sweepstakes period.

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Non-Sponsors, and Non-Sponsors do not endorse the products or services of Sponsor or Sweepstakes prizes.
RELEASES

All entrants in the Sweepstakes, by participating in the Sweepstakes and gaining the chance to win a prize, agree to release Sponsor, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies, and each of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, members, employees, agents and assigns from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the Grand Prize or any typographical or other error in these Official Award Rules or in the announcement or offering of any Grand Prize. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any Grand Prize awarded. Grand Prize winners shall bear all risk of loss or damage to Grand Prizes after they have been delivered. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is tampered with or corrupted in any manner and, in the event of cancellation, prizes will be awarded via a random drawing to be conducted from all eligible entries received as of the date of cancellation.
DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Grand Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court of the state of South Carolina; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) unless otherwise prohibited, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Award Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of South Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of South Carolina or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of South Carolina.
