2015 “AUSTRALI-ARANA” HOLIDAY PROMOTION
Terms and Conditions
1. STANDARD TERMS
a. The Promoter is Arana Leagues Club Ltd (ALC).
b. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
c. By entering the AUSTRALI-ARANA promotion you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
2. PARTICIPANTS
a. Entry is open to financial members of ALC only.
b. Management and Staff of ALC are ineligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
a. The promotion commences on Monday 26th January 2015 at 10.00am (AEST) and concludes on Monday 26th January 2015 at 4:00pm (AEST).
b. ALC Members will gain one (1) entry ticket automatically into the barrel each time they meet the following criteria:
i. Every $5 play on any gaming machine with their membership card inserted correctly
ii. Every $5 spend in KICK Bar & Grill, Café, Bar and Bottleshop upon presentation of their membership card
iii. Swipe at the Member Kiosk in the club foyer
4. THE PRIZES
a. The total prize value of this promotion is $1,620. Prices are correct as at 21 November 2014, however they are subject to change due to currency fluctuations and demand.
b. All prices are quoted based on travelling 6-9th March 2015, but this date is flexible. Prices not valid for travel during peak holiday season, such as Easter, Christmas and school holidays.
5. PRIZE DRAWS
a. One (1) prize draw will be conducted on Monday 26th January 2015 at 4:00pm.
b. Winner must be present and have a total of two (2) minutes to claim a prize from the time of being announced over the Club’s public address system.
c. The winner will receive one Holiday for two in Cairns for an extended weekend, prize valued at $1,620.
d. Included in this prize package is (Flights for 2 people with Virgin Australia including 1pc luggage, 3 nights accommodation at the 4.5 Star Cairns Pullman International Hotel, Breakfast daily for 2 adults, return airport transfers, Green Island Day Trip, Cairns sunset cruise & dinner).
e. The winner may collect following the draw or if not present, will be notified of their winning result.
6. LIABILITY TERMS
a. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, that hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
b. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, system failure, theft or destruction and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
c. The Promoter will not be liable for any accident, injury or claim that may occur as a consequence of using the prizes.
