Total prize value: $214.00

    There will be one winner only.
    The winner will be selected by creativity & representation of ulta3’s mantra of COLOUR YOUR WORLD.
    Entry into the prize draw is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    The promotion is open to all residents of Australia only, who are 15 years and over.
    Employees of the promoter (The Heat Group Pty Ltd.), the promoters associated companies (ulta3 retailers) and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
    The “Promotion Period” commences on Thursday 1st January 2015 and closes at 11:59pm on Saturday 28th of February 2015.
    The prize winners will be notified by email to the email address provided with their entry by Friday 6th March 2015.
    If any winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to notification before 9am on Friday 20th March 2015 the prize will be declared null and void at the discretion of Heat Pty Ltd. and another winner will be drawn.
    Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
    Any form of automated entry using any device or software is invalid.
    The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications, line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to alteration of entries.
    The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    Prizes cannot be varied or transferred for cash and are not transferrable.
