Entry Restrictions
Entrants and their companions must be at least 25 years of age, or older. Entrants must be able to take the Major Prize between July 1, 2015 – July 1, 2016. Entrants who are unable to take the Major Prize between the above mentioned dates may forfeit the Major Prize.
Entrants must be able to receive a call from the representatives of the Promoter (via telephone) between 9.00am – 12.00pm (ADST) on Thursday 15 January, 2015, and between 8.00am – 10.00am (ADST) on Monday 19 January, 2015. Entrants who are unable to take a phone call on the above outlined dates and times may be deemed ineligible to win.
Entrants and their companion must be the holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate an entrant’s entry and select another entrant to be deemed the winner in the event that the Entrant or their nominated companion is not a holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date.
Entrants must be the holder of a current driver’s licence.
The Major Prize winner and their companion is responsible for any visa requirements associated with the Major Prize. In the event that the winner or their nominated companion is unable to obtain appropriate visas, then the Promoter takes no responsibility for the winner’s inability to take the Major Prize.
The Major Prize winner and their companion must register online for ESTA immigration at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov. A registration fee of fourteen US dollars each is required and must be paid by the Major Prize winner & their companion on credit or debit card.
Each Major Prize winner should consult their doctor and the Department of Foreign Affairs (www.smarttraveller.com.au) for any warnings and/or official government travel information.
The Promoter may require entrant/s and their nominated companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their nominated companion be are unable to satisfy this requirement the entrant may forfeit the Major Prize (if applicable).
If requested by the Promoter, entrants and their proposed companion must sign an indemnity in order to be eligible to win/or participate in the Major Prize.

Entrants must provide a nominated valid bank account, as requested by the Promoter, so that the Promoter can transfer the Spending Money component of the Major Prize in the event that an entrant is a winner (if applicable).
Promotion Period
The promotion begins at 6.00am (ADST), on Monday 5 January, 2015.
Entries into the promotion close at 12.00pm (ADST), on Wednesday 14 January, 2015.

During the Promotion Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry form including by providing their contact details and by stating in 25 words or less, “who an inspirational woman in their life is, and why” within the time period specified;
(b) each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select up to twelve (12) entries it deems to be the “best” within the time period specified. The Station will then telephone each relevant entrant, and invite them to participate in a pre-recorded segment for playback on-air;
(c) if a Selected Entrant participates in an on-air segment, they will be deemed a Finalist, will be awarded a Minor Prize (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion), and their entry will be placed into judging for the Major Prize.
(d) All Finalist entries will then be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station.
(e) The Finalist’s entry that is deemed the “best” (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) will then telephone the relevant entrant and invite them to participate in an on-air segment.
(f) If the relevant entrant participates in a segment on air, they will be deemed the Major Prize winner, and will receive the Major Prize.

Judging
All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter by 2.00pm (ADST), on Wednesday 14 January, 2015 at the Promoter’s premises to determine up to twelve (12) minor prize winners (Finalists). All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The minor prize winners will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information set out below.
All Finalist entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter by 5.00pm (ADST) on Friday 16 January, 2015 at the Promoter’s premises to determine one (1) Major Prize winner. All Finalist entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The Major Prize winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information set out below.

Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on creativity, uniqueness, and appeal for radio.

Prize Details
There are up to twelve (12) minor prizes to be won, as follows:
- 2 x GA in season tickets to WILD, in cinemas from January 22, valued at up to $35 (inc GST).
There is one [1] major prize to be won, as follows:
The first valid entry randomly drawn from all valid entries received in Draw will win one (1) travel prize for the winner and one (1) companion (companions must be at least 18 years of age, and if the Major Prize winner is aged under 21 years of age, their companion must be a parent or guardian 21 years of age or over) to Orgeon, USA for five (7) nights total during the period 19 September 2014 to 27 March 2015 (inclusive), valued at up to $9,700 (including GST) each (each, a Major Prize). Each Major Prize includes:
- two (2) x return economy flights to Oregon, USA from the Australian capital city closest to the winner’s ordinary residential address, including all relevant airline taxes and charges, valued at up to $5,000 (inc GST);
- return airport transfers to accommodation in Oregon, valued at up to $300 (inc GST);
- Seven (7) x nights twin share accommodation at a minimum 3.5 star hotel in Oregon, valued at up to $2,500 (inc GST) (hotel to be determined in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter);
- Hire of 1 x automatic sedan (or similar), valued at up to $420 (inc GST)

Prize Terms & Conditions of Travel
Terms & Conditions of travel:
Travel must be completed in full between July 1, 2015 – July 1, 2016.
No portion of the Major Prize is redeemable for cash, or to be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Major Prize is not refundable or transferable.
All travel is subject to availability at all times and maybe dependent on blackout periods, select seat class with airlines and/or specific room category availability with accommodation partner.
Major Prize is subject to all restrictions as set by the airlines and Major Prize providers.
It is the Major Prize winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point. Major Prize winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed
Dates, venues and schedules are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any date, venue or schedule changes.
The Promoter and prize providers accept no responsibility for any changes to the events and/or event cancellations. In the event that one or more event is no longer available, the remainder of the Major Prize shall constitute the complete and total prize. The Promoter will not enter into any further correspondence with the winner and his/her nominated companion.

Visas, valid passports, additional spending money, meals, additional activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the Prize Details above or as advised by the Promoter at the time of winning are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated companion as incurred.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by a winner as a result of taking the Major Prize. The Promoter recommends winners have valid travel insurance for their period of travel and adequate for the countries of travel.
The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade issues travel warnings and updates for travellers. The Promoter recommends that winners consult www.smarttraveller.com.au for advice and information prior to undertaking travel.
Each Major Prize winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date of the Major Prize.
The Major Prize winner and/or their companion must have a valid credit card.
The Major Prize winner is responsible for all toll fees, congestion charges, speeding tickets; parking & traffic fines; and any associated administration costs. The Major Prize winner is responsible for any additional fees as applicable, including, but not limited to, Our of Hours Fees, One Way Fees, Additional extra requested at the time of booking or purchased locally, deliveries and collections, Supplementary Insurance to cover injuries to drivers &/or passengers, fines, tolls & parking charges, administration fee in the event of fines or accident, and additional fuel charges.
Please note that charges made at the location for these & other items will be subject to any applicable sales taxes & location taxes / fees. Prices for local extras are controlled by the local rental company & may be subject to change.
Major Prize winner and companion must hold a full and valid Driving licence issued outside USA, US Territories & Canada. An international driving licence is required if the licence is printed with non-Roman Alphabet. A passport will be required for identification purposes. The vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel. It should be returned full or refuelling charges will be applied OR Fuel should be paid for on arrival and it is not necessary to refill the tank before returning. Please note special equipment such as child seats, snow chains etc are all on request and subject to availability. They will be charged for locally and may be subject to airport service fees and local taxes as applicable. Requests for extras will be passed on to the supplier in advance of your

arrival but unfortunately we cannot guarantee the availability of any extras. Reservations can be amended free of charge before the commencement of the rental. Where these changes affect the rental price such as duration or car type the difference will be calculated from the current published price of the new rental. Changes to the pick-up location or driver name are not possible and will be treated as cancellations. The Prize Provider cannot refund any unused days or part days if the vehicle is returned early on any rental. Suppliers will require a security deposit at the start of the rental to cover the insurance excess & fuel, this will normally take the form of an amount being blocked on the credit card of the principal driver. The security deposit will be returned at the end of the rental provided the car is returned in the same condition as rented.
On collecting the vehicle, it is the Major Winner’s responsibility to inspect for any damage & report any problems to the local supplier before departing the location with the vehicle, and also check the vehicle with our local supplier when returning the vehicle to ensure any damage is agreed.

Prize Delivery
