KIDTASTIC NATIONAL LEND LEASE COMPETITION
“SCOOBY DOO, WHERE ARE YOU?”
GAME OF CHANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS (INCLUDING PRIVACY STATEMENT)

    1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.
    2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia in NSW, VIC, QLD and WA. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and retailers within a Shopping Centre managed by Lend Lease and the retailers’ employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Promotion commences at 9am (AEST) on Friday 2nd January 2015. Entries close at 4pm (AEST) on Saturday 31st January 2015.

    3. To enter, eligible entrants must either:
        a) visit www.kidtastic.com.au (the “website”) and attempt to find Scooby Doo in the picture and then register their details by completing the online entry form as required during the Promotion Period; or
        b) visit the Customer Service Desk at one of the following participating Shopping Centres managed by Lend Lease: Northgate Geraldton, Lakeside Joondalup, Armadale Shopping City, Cairns Central, Caneland Central, Sunshine Plaza, Settlement City, Erina Fair, Macarthur Square, Menai Marketplace, Stud Park, Craigieburn Central and CS Square and attempt to find Scooby Doo in the picture on the entry form and then complete their details on the entry form and place the completed entry form in the barrel located at the Customer Service Desk, during the Promotion Period.

    4. 5. The first correct and eligible entry drawn from each of the four state entry pools will win a family holiday to the Gold Coast, Australia. Each of the four prizes is valued at up to $5,000. The total prize pool is valued at up to $20,000. Each prize includes:
        a) Return economy airfares from closest capital city to Coolangatta, Queensland, Australia for 2 adults and 2 children (under 13) departing from their state of residence;
        b) 3 nights accommodation in Family Room at the Seaworld Resort Gold Coast;
        c) Gold VIP Park Entry to Seaworld, Movie World and Wet-N-Wild. Inclusive of a meet and greet with Scooby at Movie World
        d) Transfers from Coolangatta Airport to the Seaworld Resort Gold Coast and return.
    5. The Prize cannot be claimed for Saturday nights, public holidays, gazetted school holiday periods in any Australian State or Territory and the Gold Coast 600 period as defined by Sea World Resort. The prize must be taken by the winner within 12 months from the date the winner is selected and is subject to hotel and flight availability.
    6. The Prize draw will be via random electronic selection and will take place at 11:00:00am (AEST) on Monday 2nd February 2015 at Oxygen Interactive Marketing, 117 Wellington Street, St. Kilda VIC 3182. The 4 prize winners will be contacted in writing and telephoned within two (2) days of being determined and his or her name and state of residence will be published in The Australian newspaper on Friday 6th February 2015. The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    7. The Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entry that contains inappropriate material or those that were submitted in an inappropriate manner, which may include, but is not limited to, actions relating to computer hacking, breach of copyright or other intellectual property rights and actions that breach any relevant laws.
    8. At the time of collecting the prize the winner will be required to confirm their identity by producing such photo identification as may be directed by the Promoter. If the Winner is under 18 years of age, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner’s parent or guardian.
    9. The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
    10. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights which you may have under any law (including the Australian Consumer Law (‘ACL’), and consumer guarantees relating to goods or services under the ACL) which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement (‘Your Consumer Rights’). Subject to Your Consumer Rights, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage however caused (including by negligence), suffered or incurred in connection with the Promotion or the prize. Any condition or warranty which would be implied by law into these terms and conditions is excluded.
    11. Lend Lease is the Promoter only. The Life Like Company Pty Ltd ABN 78 085 340 085 trading as The Entertainment Store (“Supplier”) is the supplier of the Prize to the Winner, and the terms and conditions of the Supplier apply to the supply of the Prize.
    12. As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner, and any other persons sharing the prize with the winner, may be required to sign legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter including but not limited to a further agreement to exclude liability of the Promoter for certain loss, damage or injury arising from the use or participation in a prize to the extent the prize is or includes a recreational service or activity.
    13. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook.
    14. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary at 11:00:00am (AEST) on Monday 4th May 2015 in order to distribute any unclaimed prize by that date. Unclaimed prize draw winner will be contacted in writing and telephoned within two (2) days and his or her name and state of residence will be published in The Australian newspaper on Friday 8th May 2015.
    15. All entries become the property of the Promoter. As detailed in the privacy statement which accompanies these terms and conditions, all entries will be entered into a database and the entrants’ names and addresses may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
    16. By entering into the promotion you accept all conditions of entry including these terms and conditions.
    17. The Promoter may cancel the promotion and not award the prizes where circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the Promoter from providing the prize(s). Should the Promoter cancel the Promotion the Promoter will:
    (i) advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice at the customer service desk in the shopping centre and on the Website;
    (ii) promptly destroy all entries received; and
    (iii) not use the personal information you have provided on the entry form.

Please note, we are required by law to keep this competition entry form for a period of 5 years in accordance with Gambling Regulation Regulations (Vic), Lotteries and Art Unions Act (NSW), Lotteries Act (ACT), Lottery and Gaming Regulations (SA) Gaming Regulations, after which time if you have indicated your desire not to receive any further information, this entry form will be destroyed. This may limit our ability to supply you with services in the future.
