    Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these conditions are ineligible and by entering, entrants accept these conditions.

    Entry is only open only to Australian and New Zealand residents over the age of 18 who fulfil the entry requirements, except directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, prize suppliers and agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter.
    The competition begins on Sunday 28th 11.59pm (ADST) on Sunday 11th December 2014 and closes at 11.59pm 16th January 2015 (Competition Period).
    To enter, entrants must during the Competition Period:

    Entrants may only enter the competition once. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Competition Period. This is a game of chance and skill will not play a part in the entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed or illegible entries whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise.
    Entries not fully complying with these conditions of entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion. Each valid entry will be individually judged (by a panel appointed by the Promoter) based on, among other things, literary and creative merit. The judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    All entries become the property of the Promoter, each “25 words or less” statement must be the entrant’s original work By entering this competition entrants:
        Consent to the Promoter making copies of or publishing the whole or any part of their entry (including the “25 words or less” statement) and
        undertake to the Promoter that their entry is not, and its use by the Promoter will not be, in breach of any third party intellectual property rights.
    The winner must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.

    The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
    Entrants acknowledge that there are inherent risks in some aspects of the prize and that using the prize involves participating in dangerous activities. By entering this competition and accepting the prize, entrants accept that risk.
    Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products. In the event for any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value and/or specification as determined by the Promoter.
    The winner will be selected at 10.00am ADST on Monday 19th January 2015 at the offices of Speedcafe.com 1/24 Kingston Drive, Helensvale QLD 4212.
    The prize winner must contact promoter and confirm travel arrangements by 22nd January 2015. If the prize remains unclaimed by that date, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the next best entry will be selected and notified on 23rd January 2015.
    When the prize has been claimed, the winning entrant must be available to travel on Saturday 7th February 2015 and the prize must be used by this date.
    If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned from any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this competition results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
