By taking part in this competition you agree to be a Motherpedia.com.au subscriber and to the following terms and conditions:
1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences on Thursday 22nd January 2015 and closes at midnight on Sunday 8th February. (AEDT).
3. The competition is open to all residents of Australia who are over the age of 18 years, except employees of the promoter and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.
4. To enter the competition, entrants agree to be a subscriber to Motherpedia.com.au (incomplete, illegible and inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging).
5. Judging will take place at Motherpedia Pty Ltd, Suite 2, Level 11, 66 Hunter Street, Sydney. The winners will be announced on Motherpedia.com.au and notified by email. Each entry via the form will be individually judged based on originality, creative merit and alignment with the competition entry theme.
6. All competition winners must:
a) Agree to have their entry featured on Motherpedia.com.au
b) Provide contact details to allow for prize delivery and communication with Motherpedia in relation to the competition.
7. The judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
9. The entrant’s entry must be original and must not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights. Motherpedia reserves the right to seek a declaration from any entrant that their entry complies with this clause.
10. Motherpedia reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of motherpedia.com.au, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, motherpedia.com.au reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

In the event that for any reason whatsoever a prizewinner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by Motherpedia, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner. If the prize is forfeited, either because of lack of communication with Motherpedia by the prize winner or because the prize winner declines the prize, within 48 business hours of the notification taking place, a re-judging will occur immediately.
14. Any costs associated with accessing Motherpedia.com.au are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
15. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by Motherpedia.com.au, not time of transmission by the entrant. Motherpedia.com.au accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
16. All entries submitted become the property of Motherpedia.
17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, motherpedia.com.au (and their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Motherpedia’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by motherpedia.com.au) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of motherpedia.com.au; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (g) the prize and/ or (h) participation in the promotion.
