In support of the Melanoma Institute, Style is giving readers the chance to attend the ‘Through The Looking Glass’ cocktail party on Saturday February 28 at 7pm. The prize includes two tickets to the event with a total value of $300.

With an aim to build awareness and raise funds for the Melanoma Institute, Mirra Private Dining and Events has joined forces with blogger Emma Betts.

Emma had just commenced a job in East Timor and was looking forward to returning to her studies in Occupational Therapy when she was diagnosed with Stage III melanoma, which has now progressed to Stage IV.

‘Through The Looking Glass’ is an event organised by both Mirra and Emma, which will revolve around Emma’s love for champagne, cherries, pavlova and people dancing to all her favourite music; and tick off one of the boxes on her quasi bucket list.

Emma’s blog, Dear Melanoma, has received over 50, 000 views and over 1, 800 Facebook followers. The lucky winners of these tickets will have get the privilege of joining Emma on her special night.
