    Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry by each entrant.
    The promoter is QT Mutual Bank Limited ABN 83 087 651 054 AFSL/Australian credit licence 241195 (QT Mutual Bank or Promoter) of 454 St Paul’s Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006.
    Entry into the promotion is open to Queensland residents aged 18 years and over.  Employees, directors, management and their immediate families of CGU Insurance Limited ABN 27 004 478 371 AFSL 238291 (CGU) and QT Mutual Bank are ineligible to enter. QT Mutual Bank reserves the right to exclude any entry, in its absolute discretion.
    The promotion commences at 8:30am (AEST) on 05/01/2015 and closes at 5.00pm (AEST) on 28/03/2015 (Promotional Period).
    The winner will be the first eligible entrant randomly drawn at 12pm (AEST) on 10/04/2015 at QT Mutual Bank, 454 St Paul’s Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006. The winner will be announced on 16/04/2015 at QT Mutual Bank, 454 St Paul’s Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006.
    The winner of the prize draw will be notified by phone and/or email.  QT Mutual Bank will take reasonable steps to notify the winner of the results of the draw. Their name and city will also be published at www.qtmb.com.au for a minimum period of 28 days from 16/04/2015, and will appear on QT Mutual Bank’s social media channels. QT Mutual Bank’s decision on all matters relating to the prize draw or the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    To be eligible for the prize draw, participants must take out an insurance policy through QT Mutual Bank for Home & Contents, Motor Vehicle or Landlord Insurance only (issued by CGU). Each customer who purchases a new policy during the Promotional Period is eligible to enter. In the case of a joint policy, the joint insureds will be entitled to one entry only and, if they win, will share the prize jointly. Existing policies prior to 5 January 2015 that are cancelled and reinstated are ineligible to enter the competition.
    Entry into this promotion is automatic once the customer’s policy has been completed subject to Clause 7 above. Entry is limited to one entry per eligible policy.
    The prize consists of:
        a $15,000 STA Travel Pty Ltd ABN 34 004 801 512 voucher;* and
        $5,000 cash deposited into a QT Mutual Bank eSave account in the winner’s name.
    The prize will be awarded via random draw of all the eligible entries. If the winner is not a member of QT Mutual Bank, alternative arrangements will be made for the issuance of the $5,000 cash prize. The prize value will vary depending on the destination of the trip and the length of the trip but is capped at $20,000 for the winner.
    This prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services, in all or in part.
    The winner must claim the prize via phone and/or email within three months from the date of notification (Claim Period). If the prize is not accepted or claimed by the end of the Claim Period, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a re-draw of the unclaimed prize.  Any further draws will be conducted at the place and in the same manner as the original draw. The re-draw prize winner will be notified as set out in Clause 6.
    It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by QT Mutual Bank in its absolute discretion.
    Entrants consent to QT Mutual Bank using the entrant's name, image and/or voice in the event that they are the prize winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing this promotion (including any outcome), and any products and services by QT Mutual Bank. The winner agrees to participate in all promotional activities in relation to the promotion as requested by QT Mutual Bank.
    Any and all other costs associated with the taking up of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
    The Promoter, their related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for and shall be held harmless from any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or sustained, as a result of or arising from the winner’s acceptance and use of any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter will not be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay not reasonably within their control.
    Privacy Notice: During the course of the promotion, the Promoter may collect your personal information, including your name, address, and in the case of the winner, your photograph. This information will be collected so the Promoter is able to publish the results of the competition in any media, to publicise the competition, and in the case of the prize winner, to contact you and/or to arrange for you to receive your prize.

* STA Travel voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The expiry date will be stated on the voucher. Voucher must be presented to STA Travel consultant upon redemption. Once the voucher expires, it cannot be redeemed. Treat your voucher like cash. Lost or stolen vouchers will neither be replaced nor refunded. Valid at any Australian STA Travel branch including National Contact Centre (134 782). Voucher is not redeemable online, is non-refundable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Voucher amount must be used in full; any amounts left over are non-refundable.
