Every time you buy a Vileda branded cleaning product or Ansell branded household glove product you have a chance to win 1 of 200 double passes. Just complete the competition entry form on Facebook with your contact details, include a copy of your receipt and tell us in what way you are most like Cinderella (in 25 words or less). The top 200 answers will each receive a double pass!

Cinderella Competition TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please read this carefully. It contains important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions, which may apply to you. 1. Information regarding prizes and instructions on how to participate in this promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including theCompetition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). 2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 13 years or over. Employees, directors and officers (and each of their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 3. Promotion commences at 9.00am AEDST on 1/02/2015 and ends at 5.00pm AEDST on 26/03/2015. (the Promotional Period). Entries must be received during the promotional period. 4. To be eligible to enter the competition, consumers must: a. Purchase any Vileda household cleaning product or Ansell household gloves product during the Promotional Period (1/02/15 to 26/03/15). b. Visit www.helpmeclean.com.au/cinderella during the Promotional Period and complete the entry form with their contact details (including telephone, address & email address) and upload their proof of purchase receipt showing purchase of the Vileda household cleaning product or Ansell household gloves product during the Promotional Period. They must also answer, in 25 words or less, the statement “Tell us in what way you are most like Cinderella”. 5. Only one entry is permitted per person. 6. Two hundred (200) valid entries judged to be the best from all entries received during the Promotional Period will receive the prize of a Cinderella double adult movie pass valued at up to $40.00 AUD (including GST) to see the Disney© Cinderella movie showing at selected cinemas from 26/03/2015. Winners should check movie passes for full terms and conditions on how to use and book tickets. 7. Total prize pool is valued at up to $8,000 AUD (including GST). 8. The prize winners will be notified by email before close of business 30/03/2015. 9. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter’s database and not at the time of submission by the entrant. 10.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected electronic transmissions. 11.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including the entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter believes has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and/or tampers with or manipulates the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Entrants who enter using multiple email addresses or aliases may be disqualified. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 12.This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. The Promoter’s judging panel will review all valid entries received during the Promotional Period and each entry will be individually judged based on originality and creative merit. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 13.Prizes are not transferable for cash.
14.Unless otherwise agreed, prizes will be sent to winners’ Australian residential addresses, as specified in their entry within 14 days of emailing notification to the winners. 15.Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administeredby, or associated with Facebook and entrants completely release Facebook from any and all liability in connection with this promotion. 16.If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (including but not limited to by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering with or manipulation of the entry process or conduct of the promotion, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to terminate, modify, cancel or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, as appropriate. 17.Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter their details and enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. 18.If an entry is deemed by the Promoter not to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the entry will be discarded and the entrant will not receive a communication in this regard. All entries become the property of the Promoter. 19.As a condition of entry, each entrant consents to the Promoter using their name and entry in promotional material in any medium throughout the world without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. 20.Each entrant consents to the Promoter (and each of its assignees and licensees) doing or omitting to do anything which may infringe any and all moral rights of the entrant including to edit, alter and reproduce the entry, including posting on Facebook, and that such consents have been obtained to the full extent permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). 21.Once the prize has left the Promoter’s/supplier’s premises, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the promotion will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to that prize. 22.Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute the prize for a prize of equal or higher value and/or specifications, as determined by the Promoter. 23.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or correspondence that is late, lost, altered, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (including but not limited to entrant error or omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption or communications failure); or (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant. 24.The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
