Spirit of Tasmania Competition

North Melbourne is providing extra incentive to secure your membership for the 2015 season with a fantastic early-bird prize from Spirit of Tasmania.

Renew your membership by Friday February 27 (by 5pm EST) and you'll be in the draw to win:

    Return trip for two in a twin cabin (porthole) and access for one vehicle on Spirit of Tasmania.
    Dinner at the Leatherwood Restaurant on-board Spirit of Tasmania.
    Standard twin-share accommodation in Melbourne or Hobart.
    Two premium reserved seats to a North home game at Blundstone Arena or Etihad Stadium

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Employees of the North Melbourne Football Club, their family members or any one helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to win the competition.
2. You must be a North Melbourne Football Club member as at 5pm, Friday 27 February, 2015 to be eligible to win the competition. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
3. No responsibility can be accepted for memberships not received for whatever reason.
4. The prize includes:

4.1 Return trip for two in a twin cabin (porthole) and one (1) vehicle on the Spirit of Tasmania.

4.2 Dinner at the Leatherwood Restaurant on board the Spirit of Tasmania on one (1) night. All other food is not included in this prize.

4.3 Standard twin share accommodation in Melbourne or Hobart for the nights required.

4.4 Two premium reserved seats to the North Melbourne home game at Blundstone Arena or Etihad Stadium.
5. Prize is valued at $1,500.
6. Dates of the trip are to be determined by NMFC in conjunction with the winner and will be based on a North Melbourne home game at Blundstone Arena or Etihad Stadium.
7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid 2015 North Melbourne membership account IDs.
11. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
12. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
13. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By participating in this competition, members are indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
