Pinterest Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. The promotion commences at 9am AEST (Sydney time) on 30th January 2015 and ends at 5pm AEST (Sydney time) on 15th March 2015.
3. Entry is open only to Australian residents. Entry is not open to Adairs staff or suppliers associated with the Adairs Retail Group.
4. The winner will be selected through an Internal Adairs team on creativity, inspiration and relevance to today’s kids bedrooms.
5. Entry to the competition will be deemed accepted on receiving an entry through the online entry form at www.adairs.com.au/PinStyles and by accepting the Adairs Privacy & Security policy.
6. The Major prize winner of the $1000 Adairs Kids cards and runner up prize of a $500 Adairs Kids gift card will be notified via email within 7 days of the competition ending
Winner’s names will also be published via facebook and on the Adairs website and blog.
7. Winners will be required to reply via email to confirm postal address and contact details.
8. Winners will have 4 weeks from 22nd February 2015 to reply with their details.
9. Prizes unclaimed after 19th April 2015 will be placed into a redraw selection process from the original pool of entries.
10. Adairs will take no responsibility if the prize winner’s contact details are incorrect or incompl ete and the prize winner cannot be contacted.
11. The prize will be deposited or sent by post to the Prize Winner within 6 weeks from the draw date. Adairs will cover all postage costs and will take no responsibility for prizes lost in transit.
12. Adairs reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
13. The names of the winners may be used for promotional purposes by Adairs, unless a winner otherwise notifies Adairs at the time of accepting their prize.
