Terms and Conditions

01. One entry per household, entry is free.

02. This competition is available to Australian residents of all States and Territories.

03. Complete entry form in full.

04. There are two competitions being conducted. One prize will be awarded at the end of each competition.

05. The first competition period is from 17 July 2014 to 17 January 2015. The prize for this competition will be drawn at 5:00pm on 31 January 2015 at Level 1, 506 Nepean Hwy, Frankston, Vic 3199.

06. The second competition period is from 18 January 2015 to 18 July 2015. The prize for this competition will be drawn at 5:00pm on 30 July 2015 at Level 1, 506 Nepean Hwy, Frankston, Vic 3199.

07. The prize awarded to the winner at the end of each competition period consists of a diagnostic assessment and 12mths tutoring using the Kinetic Education Maths and English Wiz programs and student edge supports (including Maths hotline and email) for all children’s names* provided on the entry form. *All children must belong to the same family and be living at the same address.

08. The winner will be notified by mail and on the promoter’s website www.kineticeducation.com.au/competitions.

09. The prize has a R.R.P. up to $1600.00 for each draw (total prize value of $3,200.00).

10. The prize is not redeemable for cash or other merchandise.

11. If required, unclaimed prize draws will be held 16 April 2014 and 22 October 2014 respectively, at the same time and place of the original draw.
