Tontine’s Winner Wednesday Competition

1. These rules and terms and conditions are the rules ("Rules") which apply to the Tontine Winner Wednesday ("Competition") on the Tontine Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Tontine. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

2. The Competition is organised by Sheridan and Tontine Group (Pacific Brands Limited) whose registered office is at 144-168 National Boulevard, Campbellfield, Victoria, 3061, Australia

3. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, results and any issues relating to the Competition, the decision of Tontine shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

4. Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of Tontine and any of Tontine’s associated companies, are not eligible to enter the Competition. Tontine reserves the right not to award a prize and to select an alternative winner if Tontine is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible.

5. By entering the Competition, you confirm that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Tontine reserves the right to check the eligibility of all entrants.

6. The Competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. You are not entitled to enter the Competition if you are resident outside of Australia.

7. Tontine reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.

8. Entry to the Competition must be made online by visiting the Tontine Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Tontine ("Facebook Page"). All entrants must provide the personal information requested on the relevant page(s) of the Facebook Page relating to the Competition and in any subsequent correspondence from Tontine. No purchase is necessary in order to enter the Competition and there is no charge to register. If you wish to enter via the Facebook Page, you will need a Facebook account on Facebook.com and must enter the competition via the Facebook page. If you are a first time visitor to Facebook, you will be prompted to complete the on-screen registration form to sign up for a Facebook account on Facebook.com and provide a username, email address and password. As of the start of the Competition, there is no charge for an account on Facebook. Such registration on Facebook is a one-time requirement. If you are a returning visitor, you will be prompted to log in using your e-mail address and/or password. Anyone found to be using multiple accounts to enter will be disqualified.

9. The Competition will begin and end at the times and dates as stated on the Facebook Page. All times stated are Eastern Standard Daylight Savings Time. Entries received after that time will not be entered in the Competition. There is a limit of one entry per person to the Competition.

10. Competition entries must be made in accordance with these Rules. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.

11. Tontine cannot accept responsibility for any communications line failure, defect, delay in operation or transmission, deletion, destruction, error, interruption, loss of entries, unauthorised access to or alteration of entries, or entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of server functions, technical issues, virus, bugs or other causes outside Tontine’s control.

12. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner(s). All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on originality judging criteria. The best entry, as determined by the judges, will each receive a prize.

13. Winners will be announced within 7 days of the closing date of the Competition. Only one prize per winning entrant will be awarded. In all matters, the decision of Tontine shall be final.

14. The prizes shall be as stated on the Facebook Page and shall be chosen by Tontine in collaboration with Bastion EBA. The prizes are as stated. There is no cash alternative and prizes are not transferable. Tontine reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

15. The prize winners will be notified via the Tontine Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Tontine. Once notified, the winners must provide address and contact details to Tontine via Facebook private message within 48 hours. Failure to reply as specified within the time stated may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

16. Claims for prizes must be made in the manner and within the time specified in above. Failure to claim a prize within the time stipulated or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

17. Prizes are awarded at Tontine’s sole discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of any improper action by or on behalf of any entrant.
