TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Promoter of this competition, furthermore referred to as the “Promoter” is
Sunshine Coast Destination Limited (ABN 14 144 749 717).
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or
associated with, Facebook.
Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. By
submitting a video entry, all entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms
and conditions. The competition is open to Australian residents aged 13 years of
age or over, with an eligible Facebook account. Entrants may submit multiple
entries.
You will be entered into the competition by uploading your nomination video on
‘public’ setting to your Facebook profile and including the hashtag
#vacationmigration in the caption. Each entrant will go into a draw to win the
competition prize. The competition commences at 9AM AEST on Saturday 21
February 2015 and concludes at 5PM AEST on Friday 20 March 2015.
By entering, the entrant warrants that each entry is an original work created
solely by them, that the entry does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks,
moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person
or entity and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the entry.
The Promoter recognises that the entrant retains ownership of the copyright in
each entry submitted, however, grants Sunshine Coast Destination Ltd a
perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to use the entry in all media
throughout the world for marketing and promotional purposes in connection with
the competition.
The prize consists of a holiday to the Sunshine Coast, Queensland for up to four
(4) people, consisting of the following, subject to availability:
(i) Four (4) return economy airfares from any capital city in the world to
Brisbane or Sunshine Coast Airport (inclusive of airfare related taxes, charges
and a maximum of 20kg luggage allowance for each traveller).
(ii) Accommodation for seven (7) nights
(iii) A VIP Seafood Extravaganza dinner for up to eight ( people
(iv) A GoPro for the person submitting the winning entry video.
The full prize itinerary with the above inclusions will be determined by Sunshine
Coast Destination Ltd. The winner and travel companions must travel together on
the same itinerary.
The winning nomination video will be selected by a judging panel selected by the
Promoter. The drawing of the prize will be conducted by Sunshine Coast
Destination Ltd at Airport House, 10 Electra Lane, Marcoola, Queensland at
12PM AEST on Friday 27 March 2015. The prize winner will be notified by private
Facebook message, and the winner’s name will be posted on
www.visitsunshinecoast.com.au and social media assets.

If the prize is not claimed within three (3) months of notification, the winner will
forfeit their right to the prize and a redraw will take place.
The prize must be redeemed 31 March 2016. The prize is not exchangeable,
transferrable, or redeemable for cash.
Once booked and confirmed, any further cancellations or date changes are
subject to operators’ booking conditions, and at the winner’s own expense.
All expenses outside of the stated prize inclusions are at the cost and
responsibility of the winner and travel companions.
The Promoters reserve the right in their absolute discretion to disqualify:
any entries that tamper with, or attempt to tamper with the entry process;
any entries that the Promoters consider manipulative, unrepresentative, or
disproportionate;
any entries that are not filmed at any verifiable Sunshine Coast location
any individuals found entering who corrupt or affect, or attempt to corrupt
or affect, the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the
entry process.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize
or any variation in the prize advertised and the prize provided. The judges’
decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner and
travel companions release and indemnify the Promoters against all liability, cost,
loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the
promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property.
Entrants accept that the Promoter and third party partners may use their name,
likeness and video nomination for promotional and publicity purposes.
Travel insurance is not provided as part of the prize and the Promoter
recommends that the prize winner and travel companions obtain comprehensive
travel insurance including medical coverage (at their own expense) prior to travel.
Employees and Directors of the Promoter, or agencies associated with the
promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the promotion.
