2015 Brisbane Festival – Spiritual tour through Africa


Terms and Conditions:

    Information on how to enter and prize details are stated in these Conditions of Entry. By entering this competition, entrants are taken to have accepted these Conditions of Entry.
    Period of lottery: 27/02/15 – 01/03/15.
    Entry is open to QLD residents over the age of 18. Employees and their immediate families of the
    named companies contributing to the prize, MindBodySpirit Festival, the promoter and their agencies
    associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
    To enter, you must: register your details at the Registration Zone and scan your unique QR code at
    the Conscious life Development stand B17 located at the MindBodySpirit Festival at the Brisbane
    Convention & Exhibition Centre held between 27/02/15 – 01/03/15.
    Entries must be completed by 6pm, 01/03/15. No late or incomplete entries will be accepted.
    Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be made void.
    The winner will be determined by single draw for one prize at 11am 04/03/15 at the office of
    Exhibitions & Events Australia, Level 1, 1-9 Derrick Street, Kew, VIC, 30101.
    The winner will be notified by phone/email by 06/03/15.
    Prize must be claimed by 11/03/15.
    In the event that the prize is not claimed, the unclaimed prize draw will take place at 2pm, 12/03/2015 at the office of Exhibitions & Events Australia, Level 1, 1-9 Derrick Street, Kew, VIC, 3101.
    Prize is not transferrable for cash and cannot be transferred to another person.
    The first drawn entry will win the following prize: A spiritual journey through Africa for 1 x Adult,
    including; return economy class flight from Brisbane International Airports to Cape Town, South Africa
    via Johannesburg and all Airport transfers. Accommodation for 1 Adult for 8 days / 9 nights in South
    Africa from 7/08/15 – 15/08/15. All main meals, tourist attractions entrance fees and guides.
    The following is not included in the prize: Passport & VISA fees, personal travel insurance, personal
    spending money. Any optional activities in the area outside of the tour schedule are not included.
    Optional extras include: The winner would be offered the option of extending their tour for an
    additional 7 or 14 days with the group for an additional cost of $2,250 for an extra 7 days or $4,500 for
    an extra 14 days. The ordinary total cost of the 21-day Spirit of Africa Journey is $8,997. The winner
    can bring a second person for a discounted cost of $2,500 (inc gst) for the 7 days, $4,500 (inc gst) for
    14 days or $6,500 (inc gst) for the full 21 days. Excluding flights.
    The tour is an alcohol & drug free activity.
    Total prize value $5,000.00 inc. GST.
    Prize not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
    After notification, the winner will be contacted by Conscious Life Development to arrange.
    By registering your details at the Registration Zone, you agree to receive communications from
    MindBodySpirit Festivals.
    After scanning at the Conscious Life Development stand, you agree to receive communications
    from Conscious Life Developments.
    The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including,
    without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage,
    personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s
    negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any
    liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum
    allowable by law).
    The Promoter, Exhibition & Events Australia Pty Ltd along with their associated agencies, and
    companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost.
