This competition is open for entries from 25/02/2015 to 16/04/2015 and is available to Club Dendy Adult, Club Dendy Senior, Club Dendy Student, Subscriber.

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Brisbane, Canberra and New South Wales except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion.
3. Entries close at 5pm on Wednesday 16/4/2015. Eligible entries MUST be completed in full. Only one entry per person permitted. Entries must be entered at the Dendy Box Office and include a valid email address. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality, literary and creative merits. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries will be judged by a panel of experts from Dendy Head Office on 24/4/2015.
4. The prize pool consists of Grand Prize pack and three runner up prizes. The prize pack includes a degustation dinner for two at Altitude Restaurant in Sydney plus overnight deluxe stay at the Shang Ri La Hotel (valued at $1,180) If required, the winner will also be provided with airfare. The three runner up prizes consist of grand Indian banquets for 6 people at the Spice Room in Circular Quay (valued at $350 each) Airfares and transportation will not be provided for runner up prize winners. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services. Prizes must be claimed within 6 months of winning.

The promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of the competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in these competitions.
6. Winners will be notified by telephone OR e-mail within one week of the judge’s decision.
