Terms and Conditions

1. Competition opens 10am on 13th March 2015.
2. Entries must be received by 5pm on the 16th April 2015. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for consideration by the Judges.
3. The winners will be selected by 5pm on the 17th April 2015 at Madman Entertainment.
4. This competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents over the age of 18 only. Employees and immediate families of Madman Entertainment Pty Ltd or Funtastic Limited are not eligible to enter.
5. This is a game of chance. All winners will be chosen at random.
6. To enter, you must, during the promotion period, purchase at least 1 piece of ‘Banpresto’ or ‘Megahouse’ merchandise from www.madman.com.au/merch.
7. Winners will be notified via email 1 day after judging.
8. Winners are entitled to collect their prize until the 30th July.
9. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. 12. Total maximum prize pool value is $1819.25.
13. You are only eligible to win one prize pack. We reserve the right to withdraw a prize if there are no eligible entrants to receive that prize.
14. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize is forfeited.
15. Should the original winners not claim their prize within 3 months (90 days) of the draw date an email will be sent to the original winners who did not collect their prize to notify them. If that happens, a redraw will take place 10am at Madman Entertainment on the 1st August 2015.
16. The Promoter is not liable for any entries that are lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, illegible or damaged.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any person who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
18. Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winners to provide proof of identity and age. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
